Our entire stay was wonderful, staff are remarkable especially LES, very helpful! We stayed for almost two weeks with breakfast serves daily was phenomenal We will definitely stay back whenever we visit again! Parking area is safe so over all - it was 5star and wonderful experience!

It was not because we didn't like, it was wifi was not made available due to weather condition which was understandable at all!

The gentleman who checked us in was wonderful: cheerful and competent, a star at the end of our long drive. He obviously enjoys his job and is good at it. Our room was comfortable, clean, and provided good towels, soaps, and shampoo.

The hallways and elevators needed a good vacuuming. The breakfast was mediocre...hard waffles, fake butter, syrup made with high fructose corn syrup. The fresh fruit included a bowl of shriveled oranges. The raisins for the oatmeal were sugared over, a sign of age.

Waited 25 minutes to check in because all staff was helping one person. Food is horrible!!!!!!! Egg crepes were visibly burnt, and tasted like cardboard. Scrambled eggs were also very overcooked with zero moisture content. Exactly the same as the last time we stayed there.

They were very accommodating when it came to our pet. The rooms were clean as well.

The rest of the hotel was decent but the hallways were a little dirty and so was the elevator. Also, the breakfast did not provide any options for those with dietary needs (gluten free or dairy free).

The noise. There were kids running in the hallways and knocking on doors.

The person at the front desk was AMAZING! Our room was so nice and it was very close to everything.

The pullout bed did not have a blanket or pillows. I should have reached out and I’m sure the desk would have handled it immediately, but I didn’t notice it until right when my son was going to sleep.

We are on a 2 week vacation and have stayed in several hotels along the way. This hotel has been my favorite! The room was immaculate, quiet, great location, staff was exceptional, and shower had great pressure. Just perfect!

The breakfast was very nice. There was a good variety and pleasant staff in the breakfast area. The front desk staff were also very friendy and helpful.

Some odors in hallways. One sheet and one very thick comforter gave little options. One sheet, one blanket and a throw would give more options.

Breakfast had good variety of choices. Beds were comfortable. Location, for our purpose was great!

First day we were missing towels, facecloths, bath mat. Cups for the coffee maker and the bathroom also were non existent. Understand that there is a shortage of staff but we were not told that rooms would not be cleaned or beds made. Towels were fine the second day but probably because we told staff when we left for the day. Still no cups, however.

Took 25 minutes to check in because entire staff was helping one customer. Food is horrible. Egg/cheese crepes were visibly burned! This is an ongoing issue. Scrambled eggs were very dry (overcooked).
