The staff was wonderful, very nice at check-in, explained where everything was located, and recommended some local food places. Even offered to help carry in some of our items as I brought them in. (My daughters were attending a dance comp, so lots of bags!) The room was clean and comfy. The breakfast was the freshest I have ever had from a chain hotel. The ladies kept it clean and restocked items constantly in small quantities, so it was always fresh.

The only downfall was no elevator, so I had to lug several bags upstairs and make a couple of trips. This wasn't a big deal for me, but I would recommend asking for a first-floor room if you have difficulty with stairs or can't carry items up to your room.

Requested and assured a first floor room. Did not receive a first floor room. They did not have an elevator. Very difficult and dangerous navigating the three flights of stairs with two puppies and equipment for showing dogs. The price for pets quoted and assured at reservation was $10., upon arrival it was much more than that. The manager did reduce that cost, however, it was still more than quoted.

Everyone was so nice and accommodating. Always going the extra mile to make sure your stay is pleasant and welcoming. The room was great, very clean, housekeeping never failed to check with us everyday for cleaning or supplies. The front desk was exceptional for my medical needs. It's the only place we will stay when in town. It's a very nice place. I highly recommend it.

There was nothing not to like other than having to leave. Everything really was perfect for our stay.

had problem because booked thru third party and will never do that again. Requested first floor room, near exit, preferably handicapped. This request was not forwarded to the individual motel and was told rooms were on 2nd floor and there is no elevator. They were most gracious and rearranged room assignments, and we did end up with first floor rooms.

The staff was excellent. They answered any questions. They were friendly. The breakfast each morning was fantastic. The beds were comfortable. The showers were a nice full stream with warm water. You can not beat the price. I will definitely stay here again.

Everyone was so nice from the people at the front desk to the housekeepers and maintenance also the other guest were nice always spoke with a smile all of them that's nice to see especially coming from out of town (Florida)☀️😊

I didn't care for the carpet through out the building a little old,but it was clean.

I know that this facility is pet friendly and smells are inevitable, but hallways i think needed to be shampooed. We booked online and last minute but I don't remember seeing that there was no elevator. (Stairs are tough for my husband) But we managed!!!

Always stay at Quality Inn for best price, but Newcastle was by far best service. Friendly and helpful staff, down to the custodian…and very clean.

I didn't realize the breakfast closed 9, the staff still left us eat at 9;30, but we felt rushed & had fewer choices. I wasn't the only person that thought it was open till 10. My Dad was with me & he had had eye surgery so the steps to get to room were a little challenging. If I would have known there was no elevator I would have tried to get a room on the ground level. A TV channel guide would have been nice.

This is one of tge most cleanest hitel rooms I've ever stayed in. There wasn't even a spick of dust in our room. That was wild because usually I clean the rooms when I check in but after I wiped numerous areas, my wipes were still clean.

Selection of breakfast that's all but there is a great breakfast restaurant close by.
