The staff was very accommodating. Joseph at the front desk was very thorough and attentive. No problems checking in or out. The pool was very enjoyable as it was heated perfectly!
The supplies were very limited for the continental breakfast. The staff was even frustrated with what little they had to present.

The door in the parking lot going into the hotel for the first floor rooms didn’t look like it locked, hoping this is locked at night for security.

We wanted to be near the Grove City Outlets, and the motel was just right. We liked our beds and we liked our breakfast. That the pool was available was an added bonus.
When we checked in at 4:00 p.m., there was no one anywhere to check us in. There was a pager on the lobby counter but no one responded. I tried to call the motel, from the lobby, but no one answered the phone. We waited almost a half an hour before we finally saw a very nice person working in laundry that helped us.

We have stayed at this location before. It is easy to get to off Interstate 79. As well, there are excellent restaurants very close by (within walking distance). Room was clean, beds were comfortable - all good.
I can't think of anything that didn't suit us. Everything was just fine and we'd certainly stay again.

The size of the room and a window that actually opens. Plenty of lights to make it as bright or as mood setting you want. The ceiling and brick work in room 201 made it feel very relaxing.
The size of the tv could have been larger. Just wish the bathroom sink was actually in the bathroom.

The property was very clean, comfortable, and modern with a homey feel.
The only thing that would have made the trip perfect was if the indoor pool was heated. We had young children that wanted to swim and the pool was extremely cold. The hotel should advertise as such. Otherwise, it was perfect!

Location was very convenient for our purposes & easily accessible. We were pleased with breakfast choices, would like to have had area in which to eat, but understand about covid. Staff were always helpful & friendly. We'll be back.
