There was plenty of well-lit parking. The pool area was large and comfortable. The room was clean and comfortable. Checking in and out was easy.

The lobby area was quite crowded. There were only 2 elevators that were easily found and the area waiting for them was very compact. It made it difficult to allow space for those on the elevators to exit. My accommodations were booked for 2 people for 2 nights however we only had 2 towels. I requested additional towels that were never delivered and the front desk advised I'd have to wait for housekeeping to drop them off. The doors to the closet barely worked; I almost removed one in order to access the storage.

If staying in the Youngstown Boardman area, I recommend this hotel. It is well-priced, the rooms are comfortable with good mattresses, and the indoor pool is warm. If staying when the weather is warm, there is also a cozy outdoor space to relax in. The Holiday Inn is conveniently located, close to numerous restaurants and Mill Creek Park.

The restaurant at the hotel can be a bit slow with service and food. It seems like they need more people working there.

Big comfortable bed with walk in shower. Restaurant and bar on the premises. The food was very good. Very pleasant staff. Nice pool. Lots of restaurants near by right off the highway. Quiet.

The jacuzzi was out of order. In the morning when I opened the curtains, I noticed a lot of dust on the furniture.

The hotel was great. The location was very convenient and there were restaurants and shopping nearby. There was an heated indoor pool which was nice as well.

Overall we were very happy with the hotel. The gym had lots of treadmills and indoor bikes. Free freight would have been nice..

Great pillows, bed was very comfortable. Bar and breakfast staff were all very friendly and nice. I wish there was more fruit or any fruit at the buffet. Kids loved the pool and hit tub. Convenient to many shops and restaurants.

More fruit at buffet. A bigger gym area. Bathroom in room could use brighter lighting.

Convenient location, my event was in this hotel breakfast was great, could have some to go options . Very quiet. Clean facilities. Had a refrigerator and a microwave in room. Comfortable beds.

,No housekeeping except on request. Had to exchange my towels at front desk.

The wallpaper in my room near the ceiling was peeling off and it looked like there may have been a water leak, the ceiling was stained and it looked like there was some mold.

I had the biscuits and gravy and it was cold and kind of gross. I do not recommend the breakfast at all

Location is very close to work site. The hotel was clean which is important to me and friendly.

No parking spots in front. I do understand the circumstance though.

From the moment till we walked in until we checked out the staff was very professional and courteous. Came for a weekend birthday getaway and were very happy with the staff and how they made us feel safe while practicing social distancing.

Sad that we couldn't use the hot tub. Hopefully it get fixed before our next trip
