The location is perfect to shopping and places to eat. The staff are amazing! I wished I knew the name of the lady that checked me out on Thursday morning because I absolutely loved her! She was so friendly and when I checked in, she made sure I was on the first floor because of my mother. She even offered to help me with the next hotel I was staying in because of a booking mix up! Not many people go above and beyond like that!

Excellent Value. The room was large (King) and had nice furnishings, comfortable bed, and everything worked: TV, refrigerator (no freezer), ice machine, elevator. It looks relatively new and the staff were very helpful. Plenty of parking and close to all I needed including Shady Maple Buffet, highways, and farm to town roads. Very quiet and excellent hotel-type breakfast with make your own waffles, cereal, rolls, eggs, sausage, coffee, juices in a very large and pleasant dining room. I could've stayed there weeks - but was only passing through. Good selection of soap, shampoo, towels, Kleenix, etc.

It seems so many hotels suffer from clogged sink and shower drains which is very annoying. I asked them to fix the sink but forgot to have them check the tub/shower drain. I dislike it when showers don't drain correctly.

Breakfast was Awesome!! So much to choose from for all diets. Room was great. Beds were Amazing. So comfortable!! Loved it.

Their telephone service. I called multiple times trying to get information and later to let them know we were running late due to traffic. No one ever answered the phone and just hanging up. Twice I was able to leave a message, however no one ever called me back.

The staff went above and beyond when I asked for extra towels to clean my daughters car seat. You don’t always have such hospitality from staff. The location is right across from a shopping plaza and very close to sheets and fast food restaurants. The price was unbeatable especially on a holiday such as the Fourth of July. There wasn’t too much noise through the walls either. Great place to stay if you’re going to be out and about exploring.

The only thing I didn’t like about the property was the parking on the one side of the building, It was difficult to back up our minivan but not a deal breaker.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful!! They got my handicapped mother a lift for the toilet seat which was extremely low. The breakfast attendant even took the time to take my 6 year old over to the aquarium to show him the fish.

There was a lot of peeling paint, the air conditioning had a loud rattle and the carpet was stained.

The staff were super friendly in accommodating our needs. Rooms were clean and plenty parking areas.

There was a problem with the water pipe system across the hotel, so we weren't recommended to use the tap water for oral use. But they did provide bottled water for facial usages. All in all, it was a great stay.

It was a little out of the way, but not too far. We came for the Sight and Sound Show. We felt the breakfast was excellent and we liked that it was on until 10:00, which most motels shut it down before that.

We didn't like the cost of motel rooms these days, but that is with all motels.

It was out of the way. Very peaceful and quite. We had the king size bed, which my wife enjoy but a little to soft for me.

When we first got there, the way that we were greeted was what we are use to. We got in sometime after 6, the young lady was very cut and dry. Im a coffee drinker and not having a fresh cup was a little disappointing.

Breakfast was good but would have preferred a hot breakfast with more choices. Staff was very good, friendly, made sure our needs were met. They were very informative of tourist things to see & the history of the Amish & surrounding area. They also told us the best restaurants in the area.

Two great ladies at the front desk, very nice lady at breakfast area. Nice size breakfast area. 24 hour coffee. Sink in room outside shower/toilet area.
