The hotel was beautiful inside and out, a lot of space for parking and all three front desk workers that I interacted with (at different times during my stay) were friendly and extremely helpful

I really didn’t like that on my check out date housekeeping woke me up twice and way before my check out time (once at 9am and another time at 945am) by banging on my door and attempting to open it, I was jolted awake both times - this experience was extremely unpleasant as I was trying to sleep in on my Sunday morning , it was such a good experience at the hotel and a great experience on my first visit to Philly that this aggression ruined my morning , it felt like I was being kicked out of the room, it felt like there was pressure put on me to leave before checkout time

Fridge, microwave, AC, lovely bed, work desk, tv with good channels for me, wardrobe and coffee, friendly staff, and nice lobby longue/cafe bar type thing with a variety of high and low seating arrangements. Cool interactive mirror. located near array of food and shopping places.

said i had to request room service, which i didn't know, and also didn't need. just needed fresh towels and coffee so waited until i heard someone in the hall for fresh towels etc. No free breakfast, which i knew going in. couldn't connect to mirror via bluetooth. on last day tv only played marriot bonvoy channel — my fault because i pressed exit on home screen, but remote just didn't work outside of the power button after that.

We choose this hotel for over 10 yrs. Rooms are recently renovated and are spacious, beds are of very good quality. Hotel's location, for us, is excellent. Shops, restaurants are in the walking distance. Staff is very friendly and helpful!

We were not informed, while booking, that the pool is under renovation. If this hotel will provide breakfast option at restaurant would be better for guests. House keeping does need reminding to attend to details.

The location and the proximity to highways, toll roads, local roads, restaurants, shopping centers, etc.

The gym is ok but it would be better and more fitting to the size of the hotel if they had a few more equipments.

I was returning to the hotel at 2am, my room key wasn’t working at the entry door to enter the hotel, no staff and no one was answering the call button or telephone to let me in. I waited for 15 minutes for another guest to exit the hotel in order for me to enter.

The staff was great and very helpful. They provided us with one of the best experiences we've had on our trip.

Their restaurant was closed the two days we stayed there. Not sure why a top notch hotel doesn't have a 7day a week restaurant available to their clients?

beautiful aesthetically pleasing decor, bar, tech savvy bathroom mirror and very cozy comfortable furniture. The staff recommended a mechanic due to an issue with my car and I came from out of town. They helped me instantly. The staff were so welcoming and sweet.

The shower pressure wasn’t as strong.

I just stayed overnight as I was traveling. I would stay again

upon check out all the luggage carts which was only three were Gone and the Lady in the front desk said they’ve been gone all morning. These cards are very small as well it’s amazing that a company this size only has three luggage carts available for a six story building

The staff, primarily the large gentleman at the desk, was exceedingly kind and helpful. When I arrived, the original room that I booked was simply not ready for occupancy. This gentleman wasted no time in finding another room for me, despite the fact that housekeeping was severely understaffed. My friend and I really appreciated this accommodation.

I had booked a great room on the ground floor. I like the ground floor because I get nervous on elevators. When I checked in, the room was in a shambles. Linen on the sofa, floor not vacuumed, no evidence of towels or wash cloths. If the room had been prepared, my stay at Four Points would have been perfect. Nevertheless, thanks to adjustments by the desk staff, my stay was very enjoyable.

It was a clean and comfortable room.

The room was clean. Walking through the hallway the same trash debris was on the floor the day I got there and the day I left. I may just be dumb, but figuring out how to turn off the lights in the bathroom was a challenge.
