A REAL SURPRISE, A KITCHENETTE. BED A LITTLE SOFT, BUT COMFORTABLE. LARGE BATHROOM, LARGE CLEAR TV. NAME BRAND SHAMPOO AND BATH CREAM. PLENTY OF BATHROOM TOILETRIES. HOTEL A LITTLE OLD WAS UPDATE THOUGH, VERY NICE RUG DECOR, ELEVATOR, NO BREAKFAST, BUT TWO EATERIES NEAR BY. NOT PRICEY, BUT COMFORTABLE SETTING. A VERY COMFORTABLE STAY. STAFF WAS WONDERFUL. CLOSE AND DIRECT TRAVEL TO CONCERT VENUE'S FOR BERKJAZZFEAST. WILL DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN IN 2024!

NOTHING REALLY NEGATIVE REPORT. WARM STAFF, COMFORTABLE STAY, EATERIES NEAR BY. COULDN'T WANT FOR MORE.

The only thing that I wasn't happy with was we asked for a non smoking room which the room was fine but I sat on the recliner and immediately smelled cigarette smoke. I didn't have a great night's sleep the prior night due to back issues so I was planning on sleeping on the recliner and I couldn't stay there because of the smell.

The property was nice, clean & convenient, easy to find. There was no interruptions within the hotel.

The proximity to the street & main road was good but the noise of loud vehicles was a bit noisy & disrupting for me. I wondered does everyone in Reading own a loud, noisy vehicle??? I guess it’s where my room was that made it so noisy for me.

Evangelist the receptionist was amazing!!..wish everyone there would have the same welcoming vibe every time we visit!

Toilet gave me a bit of trouble and shower water could have been a bit warmer than medium..phone in dining area was not working,fans really need cleaning..

The room was a bit dated but clean. Bed was very comfortable and had great pillows. Staff was very accommodating and friendly.

The coffee was good but I missed having a continental breakfast available.

I have been here many times, love the full kitchen

Nice place but house keeping really needs to do a better job keeping up with the rooms before it becomes a dingy looking place..i found a baseball cap in my night stand, a child's shirt in the recliner and a pizza box under the bed..I was very disappointed

the rooms were spacious and clean and close to the concerts I attended at the Berks jazzfest

the chocolate factory that blew up right outside my window as I was looking out I had just arrived not the hotels fault but boy what away to start our trip so incredibly sad🥲

Ive been here a few times in the last couple of years and it always feels like home.

House keeping could be a bit more detailed with the cleaning..fans were very dusty and found a few items from the last guest,would hate the place to start looking dingy and the snack shop should carry items we can warm up for breakfast,

As always the staff is top notch,just excellent.

The tub wasn't working properly. I was trying to take a bath but the bath stopper wasn't working. I ended up taking a shower and I honestly don't like showers.

The bed was very comfortable. The facility overall was clean. Staff kept us in the loop despite a fire being next door and power was temporarily shut off.
