Everything in the room and the bistro. The service there was exceptional.

Front desk service was awful the attitude of the host and his attention was elsewhere not to us. So much that we didn't get any direction to our room and no info on breakfast nothing we were lost. I had to head to the bistro to ask them for directions to our room.🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦 I've been to plenty of hotels some nice than others and ALL have a great customer service when it comes to info about your stay etc. But this one was AWFUL and I think for the kind of money we pay for 1 night we shouldn't have to fish for info about our stay!!

booked the hotel because we had tickets for a show at the Santander Center. we were very surprised to find the hotel was right next door; knew it was close but so convenient! three big events at the hotel that night so crazy busy but the staff handled it great especially in the bar. we liked the buffet breakfast and parking included with the price since the room was on the pricy side. room was very nice and bed was comfortable. nice to see Crabtree and Evelyn products in the bathroom. food from the bar was very good

The hotel staff was was very welcoming! Everyone from the restaurant hostesses, bartenders, and front desk staff were friendly and professional. We enjoyed a meal at the hotel restaurant, Cheers. Later after the concert, the bartender still remembered the specialty drink my husband ordered! The room was clean and spacious. We had a direct view of the arena across the street. There are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. The location was an easy drive from the highway and great for events at Santander Arena across the street. We appreciated the free garage parking too! Breakfast was delicious! They offered a large variety of options and kept the dining room clean.

The elevators were slow especially after the guests returned from the show at the arena. Fortunately, we sat by the bar and enjoyed the evening until the rush hour ended.

Everything was great for our overnight stay. The staff were courteous and friendly. The room and hotel grounds were clean and updated. The beds were very comfortable. I called the front desk to ask for an extra pillow before going to bed, and a staff member brought three! I was so pleased. The location was also perfect, as we were there for a concert across the street at Santander Arena. Another pro was the included buffet breakfast at the hotel Cheers Bistro restaurant!

Only reservations were accepted for dinner at Cheers, so we had to sit at the bar, but that was fine.

The breakfast was the best we’ve ever had for a complimentary breakfast. Staff was very inviting and always helpful, free parking in the garage made its super easy and stress free even on a very busy weekend with Phil wickham and Brandon Lake at the arena.

A hot tub would have been the icing on the cake, however there would’ve been little to no time for us to enjoy one on our trip anyways.

Room was amazing! We accidentally checked out at noon because I went of off what the sign said on the door. But we had one knock and the housekeeping just said take your time. We still rushed after the knock. We stayed for the concert across the street. Great place for a hotel! Except the long line to get the elevators after the show. But we were shown where the stairs were and used them. Cheers was a great place to east as well. Excellent stay.

Very accommodating from beginning to end of the stay. The staff is friendly and genuine. the hotel is bright, cheerful and clean!! I asked for a room on the top floor and I got it (that's customer service). There is a Jazz fest going on and with all that goins on the staff was STILL friendly and approachable, even at the end of a very long day. The GM of the hotel helped me with a few things ..You have something special in her. Doing a job is one thing, above and beyond is special. I also know that the Hotel is community-friendly. Helping those in need. Less fortunate, homeless/shelters.... I will continue to book at this hotel. It is a bright star in the middle of a city with a bad rap sheet. 5 stars!!

We were there to see a show at Santander, so the location was terrific. The desk staff was very friendly and offered helpful tips.

We waited 15 minutes to be waited on at the restaurant (not the bar part, the restaurant part). Then waited another 40 minutes for the food. We were literally the only people In the restaurant. Also it was 1:45p, so the crowd had yet to come.

Liked almost everything the toilet paper roller was a bit difficult being on the left side I know they have room service but who wants to roll up your bill for drinks like ice teas juices water in the fridge those two waters wasn't quite enough I would pay extra for that the shower sink and toilet perfect the bed was so comfy I didn't get to use the pool but next visit I will I highly recommend it and will visit again also liked the cookie offer at check in I liked they knew my name at check out I'll use the breakfast I didn't do that but I will next visit already telling all my friends to visit

The toilet paper roller hard to use being on the left side I would have liked drinks in the fridge it's there fill it up and chàrge for what is used

Front desk staff was hospitable and friendly. Breakfast buffet had a lot of options and staff there was also friendly and accommodating. Located right across the street from the Stadium and walking distance to local food and beverage locations was a bonus

I thought overall that the place was very clean, but the parking garage was a bit dirty and the elevator area needed a cleaning. Overall, not much to complain about, however.
