The staff was exceptional. Roxy checked us in and was very accommodating. Breakfast was also very good.

I booked a King Suite, but when I checked in, I was told I had only booked a regular King room. Roxy apologized and upgraded us to the suite. Luckily, there were a few left. I had taken a screenshot of my confirmation and showed it to her. I wanted her to see that there is clearly a communication issue somewhere between booking.com and the hotel. I would've been extremely disappointed if she would not have been able to upgrade us, as we had 3 adults traveling together.

I loved my complete stay @ Neville Island, I can't complain about my lodging. Staff is very warm and friendly, the location may seem far ,but its mere minutes from everything *10 minutes to be exact. The breakfast was Hot and Fresh, the dining area was very clean and was set for times were you didn't have to break your sleep to get up to have some food and coffee, the staff was available for everyone needs, visible and friendly.

The only thing that I didn't enjoy was the short staff. Due to being short staff my rooms were not clean to expectation, you could see clearly that the rooms were clean and wiped down but in my three rooms that i blocked we found articles of clothing left behind " I wouldn't want to take another woman's underwear home to my wife".

I had to catch a bus for a tour I booked at 6:30 am and the terminal is only 3 miles from here. This hotel also has a beautiful pool that I have used in the past and is right on the beautiful Allegheny River with a patio and outdoor fire pit. It is also very quiet.

I was too tired to use the pool this time around, but I got in a good rest for the trip in the morning.

We didn’t get in until after 2am due to a flight delay. I had called ahead and made the hotel aware. When we got there, the host was waiting for us and got us to our room quickly. As usual the room was clean and comfortable. Our stay was short but pleasant.

We weren’t crazy about the continental breakfast. The eggs were rubbery and the juice machine was not working.

The front desk supervisor, Sasha Coffey was amazing. She helped with everything, and was kind, patient and professional. She definitely deserves a raise, promotion or both!!

The noise in the back of the hotel, where my room happened to be. Lots of truck, noises and nonsense.

Breakfast was very good. Seating was spacious. Good selection of food and seating.

Top floor is noisy from heating and cooling systems on roof. We moved to the first floor which was very quiet.

I like the service I spend my anniversary and they give me a gift waiting in the room was so nice of them I feel welcome

Is sad that the break fast was very bad just cold egg and 3 piece of ham very dry the next day the same thing is sad

Very nice and clean. Comfortable beds, good wifi. Staff was all nice. Many places to sit around hotel. View of river and great price.

Not sure about location, but met our needs for a stop near highway.

Breakfast was good. Room was nice a clean but a little small to house a king bed. Nice touch to have a phone app control the TV. Good value for the money.

Location was not the best for us since our Pittsburgh family lives 20 minutes away from hotel, but we knew that when we booked.

No food. This place is a gem for anyone who knows Pittsburgh. Price leader (about half the cost of downtown) and as Fairfield goes it’s right on theme. Clean, perfectly adequate. Quiet environment overall. Simple, if lengthy (20 minutes) access to downtown. Nothing to see on Neville Island but that’s also its benefit. Large gas station nearby, direct access to I79.
