Pool was good. Room was really nice. Staff was great. Even the in-house shop was reasonably priced. Easy to charge to room. They offer room service! Room had a real ceiling fan.

While only 10 miles away, it's 25+ minutes to the city on a good day. On the way to check in, we were with 15 miles of the hotel for nearly an hour as a result of traffic. Used UBER to get back and forth to save gas. It's much more challenging to get in and out of the city than anticipated. Pool area didn't keep towels in stock- had to request each time we went.

Quiet. Clean. Great location for shopping and travelling around the area.

BBQ’s we’re right underneath the clothes dryers that spewed lint and hot steamy air from them towards me while I used the bbq. Also BBQ’s we’re in poor working order (missing nobs to control the natural gas temperature, out of the two bbq only one was actually working). The couch in our room is soiled terribly that should be replaced or deeply cleaned.

I loved the location. The rooms were clean and It was truly a beautiful hotel to stay in. You cannot beat the price either. I was amazed with how much money they threw in to remodel the place. It looked brand new!

The breakfast was average. The cook was very nice. In all it was just a typical breakfast. We had a bit of a problem with the front desk communicating our request for extra blankets and towels. The pool was closed so that was disappointing. I did understand that maintenance was working on it. Also, I was disappointed the electric fire pit outside was shut off when my girlfriend and I attempted to go outside to sit during the night. I didn’t get the reasoning behind that.

Every single staff member we encountered was happy and friendly and went out of their way to help and make our stay good. They were inundated with Swifties but kept their calm and kindness even when met with anxiety and anger from guests unable to check in early.

Everything was good. Would start here again.

Love this hotel. The rooms are large and the kitchenette is awesome. Beds are always so comfy just like home. We stay there every time we are flying because we can park our vehicle there and not have to worry about it. Breakfast in the morning is so good and convenient. Glad to have laundry facilities on the property.

We love everything about the homewood suites.

breakfast was great how ever the lady that was is the kitchen was coughing non stop while in the area were the food is being cooked at which was disturbing making it very uncomfortable to make the decision to eat there after hearing all the coughing in the kitchen were all the food was being made at.

The room was beautiful and clean. I loved the walk in shower and the kitchenette. The bed was so comfortable. The buffet of breakfast was great. We had a nice view of Robinson and everything from stores too restaurants were very close. The free parking is always great. The price of the room is way better than any hotel in Pittsburgh. I will be booking another stay here in the near future.

No complaints

Love the location, close to family members who live in Pittsburgh. Breakfast is okay, offers a variety but some items are understandable not very home made testing. The coffee on the first day was bitter, better on Day 2.

The carpet and sofa in our room was stained. Also, the room had a stuffy odor when we arrived,

We were very pleased with our stay. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was very helpful. The beds were very comfortable, and the room was huge. The breakfast was very good, with a lot of options.

The pool heater was broken, so no one was allowed to use the pool. However, arrangements were made with a local Hilton hotel, so that was an option.

it was very nice and clean. the layout of the room is perfect for us! Judy who was the bartender at the happy hour in the lobby was exceptional- so fun, nice and personal! really enjoyed her!

our bed was a little too soft but it was ok. our tv didn’t work when we checked in but was fixed to be usable the next morning.
