Hilton Garden Inn Uniontown

Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Reasonably priced and tasted very good. Waiter and waitress very pleasant and accommodating. Rooms were comfortable and nice size. We would stay again.

Front desk day clerk we had could put a smile on her face. Also she failed to tell me you needed to request your room to be cleaned 24 hours in advance. We had to request from housekeeping additional toilet paper, soap, towels etc. and after 5 o'clock you have to go to front desk to get them yourself because housekeeping is gone for the day. There should be signs in the rooms advising of 24 hour notice to clean rooms. Three night stay we had wet towels piled on floor and nothing else cleaned. That was a disappointment. Hotel was very busy for the weekend and outside maintenance could be better to pick up trash. There was the same bottle of soda in the parking area all weekend.

Cleanliness.

Price for continental breakfast for cold foods. And had an issue at the pool with another group letting about a dozen people in the pool door and then them undressing in front of our teenage children . The hotel comped our room down but still people can be so ignorant. The hotel didn't do anything about the we group though.

Clean and comfortable

Although we requested connected rooms or rooms on the same floor at the time of booking through booking.com the rooms were on two separate floors. At the reception they claimed that the reason for that was booking through a third party. We booked the rooms long before and in our opinion the place could have tried harder to meet our request.

Everything was very nice.

The restaurant could have been open- they would have made a lot of money- there were 3 weddings there- hungry people late night! The pool was closed- that was a huge bummer-as I love to swim and use the hot tub when I go to hotels.

The server at breakfast was outstanding!

The young lady who we checked in with was obviously new to the task or filling in on short notice. She was not very user friendly (perhaps feeling the pressure or having a bad day). Once the obviously regular staff appeared the next morning, their demeanor and interaction was quite good, friendly and up to Hilton standards.

Good location. Very nice hotel with beautiful landscaping and lobby. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating.

Continental breakfast was $6,95 and they only sent housekeeping upon request to clean the room. So room and beds never got cleaned. But other than that everything was satisfactory. A little pricey but a very nice hotel.

Due to Covid, many of the amenities offered were limited. I do not blame Hilton for this, however I look forward to the day when breakfast and the pool facility will be reopened. The staff was very friendly and kind, especially the front desk.

The television remote in my room did not work so I found myself getting up and changing the channel right at the television like it was the 1980's all over again. This is the only complaint I have, as my experience was great!

I liked the dinner there. I had a Salmon Salad, and it was delicious!

The A/C system was kind of loud at times. I complained about it to the Front Desk. They said they would try to fix it. I never saw it get any better on my stay there.

Nice facility, didn,t visit bar or club but looked nice..pool was small but warm..only issue hot tub out..that's seems to be problem at a lot of hotels and fitness centers..

Very clean,great breakfast.excellent staff.showers and bathroom very spacious and spotless clean.facilities for guests were excellent.complementary coffee and muffins in lobby.
