Best Western Garden Inn

When we arrived everything was great staff was wonderful, the admission process was great. However when we got into the room the bathroom was not fully cleaned, we found hair in different locations like the coffee basket etc. There were three of us in a room and we had to ask for towels for three instead of the normal two.

The staff was wonderful but things need to be clean. I used to be a housekeeper so I know what is supposed to be done. Also they should have been aware that the bathtub does not close in order to take a bath.

The property was conveniently located next to the highway for fast access, the hotel was clean and well maintained. The woman at the front desk was very nice to deal with. Breakfast was good and it was nice to have a hot fresh breakfast and not a prepackaged offering.

the staff were attentive, friendly, informative, and very helpful right upon arrival! also lobby and and dining areas were spotless! the staffs service was top notch! the only thing I didn’t like was the parents who thought it was acceptable to smoke weed all night with their child present! how awful is that?! I had to place a towel to cover the small crack in the door so the that nasty smell stayed out of my room! not everyone wants to do that with your! especially a child! I didn’t say anything to the staff but I will when I see them today because I’m certain their not aware. I love that each room has a 4 digit security code lock box that’s installed in the wall! only hotel/ect I’ve stayed in over the years that has one. I used it and felt so much more secure and safe with my valuables and medication locked up!

of course the inconsiderate stoners who thought it would be okay to smoke their weed regardless if the owners property, riles, and other guests on the floor. the only thing I didn’t like about my room was the chair was considerable dirty so I couldn’t sit down on it. I should say I didn’t want to not couldn’t. also from inconsiderate guest! yes the staff should have fully checked and cleaned but I understand. their busy attending to hundreds of people ect… and prob missed it when cleaning. I love this establishment and the service and 100% would rebook!

The willingness to help me and my sister have extra time since we arrived after traveling for 11 hours. The room was very clean except under the tv. The beds were comfortable and the shower was very clean.

The bathroom was entirely to small. You could hardly move around. The breakfast was extremely disappointed. The microwave food was of course rubbery and the selection stunk. The pool was closed so we could not use that and nothing was stated when making the reservation that it was not available. The elevator was disgustingly dirty. Some of our change was accidentally pushed under the tv and when we tried to get it out...GROSS...food particles, nasty crap.l

The place was spacious, clean and easy to arrive to. I was moving cross country solo and needed a safe place to stay for the night as a solo female traveler. The parking was great, I was able to leave my boxes in my car. The place was also dog friendly. The people working there were great, especially the lady at the front desk who was lovely and super helpful!!! The breakfast was also delicious!

Overall a good value if you’re just needing a place to stay on a road trip. Their bathroom mirror with the touch buttons was pretty neat.

It would be nice if they had a built-in usb charger for phones, instead of only standard wall outlets. Most hotels have those now & I could have used it, as I forgot my wall adaptor.

Every worker we encountered was very nice and helpful. The whole place was very clean. The big pool looked nice too, 3 to 5 foot depth.

Not having a fan in the bathroom was the only negative to our two night stay here.

The room was very nice. I loved that there was a pool and we got up first thing so we were the only ones to use it for the first hour.

The entire floor we stayed on smelled like weed and we had some rather rambunctious people across the hall from us that kept running up and down the hall and shutting their door hard.

Good breakfast- same as seen in similar hotels: waffles, sausages, bacon, eggs, yogurt, cereal and juices. The facility and our room was clean and welcoming. The room was spacious and comfortable.

The front desk staff is very friendly. Room is clean and spacious. Breakfast is good. Everything we want for a stay on a driving trip. Convenient to book. I especially love the flexibility of booking this hotel offers. Definitely will consider BW for future trips
