Once the renovations are completed (and deficiencies corrected), it will be a class act for the budget-inclined traveller. In 12 days of travel, it was the very best free breakfast. Plenty of choice, very well presented, hot where hot counts, and spotlessly clean and organized. would definitely stay here again.

Renovations are under way, I understand that. It may be advisable, however, to have the contractor clear deficiencies, prior to letting rooms. Even little things catch the eye and affect the ‘first impression’.

Front desk receptionist, think her name was Nicole. Completed a long days drive only to find that booking.com failed to reserve our room which we paid for. She was able to find us a room and cancel the charge with booking.com after a 20 minute phone call.

Booking.com. Made our reservations a few days in advance and booking.com failed to communicate the reservation with the hotel. Thankfully the hotel had a few vacancies and the desk receptionist went out of her way to make sure we had a room and was able to cancel the booking.com reservation that I was charged for after a 20 minute phone call.

It is clean and very well taken care of. The continental breakfast was phenomenal. It far exceeded our expectations. We were able to walk to restaurants from the location and many more within a short drive.

We chose the hotel because it has a pool. The pool is very nice but they did not keep the towels stocked while we were there. Even after notifying them of the issue, they did not address it. This made going to the restroom which is outside of the pool area a dripping mess.

The breakfast was wonderful, with a better selection than I've had at a 4-star hotel in Europe. The accomodations were perfect with very comfortable beds, and the staff were friendly and fun to talk with. The hotel is across the street from several good restaurants, it's right off the interstate, and it's about 5-10 minutes from downtown.

Would be nice to have more parking spots available. It was almost full after midnight. There are only I'd guess around 30 spaces for cars in front, though they do have some space for a few RVs and moving trucks which is pretty nice.

The hotel was very nice, the room was huge, and everything was very clean. The staff was excellent. Loved the decor.

Only complaint was the elevator door was very noisy when opening. Our room was a few doors down and we could hear it squealing everytime it opened.

It is a quiet, comfortable hotel located right off the highway with access to restaurants and shopping.

The bathroom door looked as though someone forgot to finish painting the interior side of the door. It also needed to be cleaned.

The breakfast was very good. We liked the selection of food

But I will be truthful I do not think we would of eaten at the breakfast if we had to pay for it. We stayed at other facilities of Holiday Inn and always got a Free Continental Breakfast

Breakfast was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Being able to use the hospital discount thru Booking.com would have been great. My other days there while husband was in hospital were booked directly with hotel and I was able to get a discount.

They were doing renovations, so no pool, and breakfast area was in the lobby. Not a big deal, once the renovations are done I'm sure it will be great!

My room was great, clean and quiet.

I wanted to stay another night but the room would have cost a lot more than I was paying. So I changed hotels.
