Located right along Rt 30 near downtown, York, PA. The hotel is across from a shopping mall and casino. Numerous retail, restaurant, and gas station options are nearby. You get a coupon for a discount meal at Texas Roadhouse, which is next door. Fantastic Springettsbury Park and Playground is across the street and is great for families. Daily hot breakfast buffet. Food is restocked frequently and they almost never run out - just don't show up 10 minutes before closing. Daily choice of hot/cooked Egg option, a meat/sausage, and potato/hashbrown options. Cold Cereals/Hot Oatmeal. Fruit Bowl. Yogurt Cups. Bread/Bagel/Muffin/Danish Selection w/ Toasters. Waffle Station w/ 2 varieties. Juice/Coffee. Seating is available in the lobby to eat. Outdoor seasonal pool. The rooms and clean, and the beds are comfy. The hotel is always busy but quiet. Friendly, polite staff!

The rooms get pricy around holiday weekends/seasonal events.

Really nice hotel! Glad we stayed here. -Rooms are quiet and comfortable. Plenty of space/storage, good working fridge/microwave. fabulous hot shower! -Solid WiFi connection 24/7 -Location is great. Having the park and playground across the street for kids/pets/outdoor time is awesome. -Texas Roadhouse and Issac's are both great to eat at, and you get a discount. -Well-staffed hotel, and the front desk is friendly, engaging, and helpful. New towel/trash takeaway in a snap! -Outdoor pool is decent size, clean, and in good repair -Good hot breakfast available. Always get to the choice of egg dish/breakfast meat/potato, 2 kinds of hot waffles you make, oatmeal, cold cereals, bagels, etc. -Love the 24/7 coffee and hot tea in the lobby -- as someone who was working till 3-4 am that was great to have!

Breakfast was great but was a tad limited on some days vs. others. The hotel only had yogurt available on Sat, but none available on Sun & Monday. Really would have like to have yogurt available all the time, would have been nice for the kids. Same with OJ. They ran out after Saturday and only have Apple/Grape/Flavored water for the other two days. Better supply on yogurt and OJ each morning would have been nice! Limited fruit selection -- only bananas and apple for fresh fruit Danish/Pastries are pre-packaged and kinda sad looking.

Clean & quiet

Their was an older caucasian woman that offended myself as well as another group of people that were staying at the hotel, because at 11 PM we were laughing in the lobby lounge area, and she rudely came and told us to bring the noise down and quiet down. That was offensive, because none of us were children. It was all adults, and we were not being disorderly.

After the room we reserved wasn’t available for the first night of our stay, the staff was very accommodating in letting my family of 5 switch to a bigger room for my second night of the stay. They were superb and made a huge difference for the quality of our stay (and our sleep!). An added bonus for a family with toddlers is that an outstanding public playground is right across the street, in walking distance. Overall, great stay!

The size of the room we reserved and needed for our family size wasn’t available on arrival, and the heater did not work in the room - it just blew cold air. The furnishings in the bathroom looked old and slightly worn.

The location was convenient for my purposes. Hotel was clean, room comfortable.

I would only suggest maybe shampooing or steaming the carpet and couch in the room. The carpet felt slick and a little sticky without slippers. Other than that, I would stay again and recommend it.

Went there to visit my daughter who was staying there for a wedding in York. Everyone thought it was a great place to stay and the staff was very friendly. Location was good, super clean and plenty of nearby restaurants, just a great place to stay if you need to be in York or nearby.

Check in was very nice and location.

It's Memorial Day weekend. There were problems with our suite and couldn't be repaired over the weekend. The A/C in our main room was inadequate but fortunately our bedroom was cool. The toilet leaked. We are hoping that the next guest will not meet with these issues. But we understand that maintenance personnel we unavailable over this long holiday weekend.

Room was clean, hotel was just as clean. Breakfast included was very good as well. Pool was spotless and had plenty of towels.

I requested an early check in, but that was not available when I arrived. I had to go to a friends room until my room was ready.

Staff and surrounding and it was like 20 minutes away from spooky nooks were my had his basketball tournament!

Nothing it was all good for me and my son !
