Decent breakfast. First floor room.

We needed an accessible room - walk-in shower. Miserable shower to use. The shower head is too large and too heavy and too smooth to get a good grip. The shower curtain is TOO SHORT and drips OUTSIDE the enclosure !!! This GUARANTEES that water will splash out on the floor, making it dangerous to walk. Very difficult to control direction of spray since the clamp that SHOULD hold the shower head in place on the pole did not stay where we put it, AND the pivot that holds the HEAVY shower head did not stay in place. The width of the wood seat also ensures that the curtain will hang outside the enclosure. Also, an accessible room should have a high toilet, not a standard one. Will not stay there again unless these issues are fixed.

The hotel was easy to locate. There was ample parking available on multiple levels. The room was clean and there were plenty of towels. The breakfast offered multiple choices and the cooked items were well prepared. The staff was very helpful and friendly on most shifts. It was an easy drive from our activities and downtown York for dinner.

We were unable to log in to the IHG WiFi network and multiple attempts to contact the late evening front desk staff were unsuccessful; we relied on roaming 4G and 5G service.

This hotel had a convenient location, was clean, and had a decent breakfast.

I booked 3 rooms months in advance and asked that they be near each other. We were on the same floor, but spread out on opposite ends of the hall. Upon check in, I asked the front desk when Breakfast started. They said 7:00 AM. I went down for coffee at 6:30, and I was happy to see it was already open. I wish the front desk had told me the right time, as we were all headed out for an early morning graduation.

Phillip was outstanding in our reception every time we would come and go. He was always asking. if we needed. anything and referred. to. us by name. Every hotel needs a Phillip!

We. had to. ask for. clean towels every day. The cleaning staff was. outside. smoking and complaining all. the time. They had big dogs in their hotel room barking all the time. We wondered. if they. (cleaning. ladies) lived in the hotel????

It was better than in the past. We had a horrible experience there a few years ago and stopped going. I saw that the reviews had improved and decided to take a chance and it was much improved.

Probably should have just reserved directly. I ordered through booking.com and because of that couldn't get the discount I usually get when visiting my elderly mother at a nearby assistance living facility.

From the time we checked in everybody was so nice. The room was clean and spotless. The continental breakfast exceeded our expectations it was absolutely delicious and it had something for everybody. My husband loved the pancake machine. We will definitely book here again.

At best, this hotel deserves three stars, maybe two stars. But that's what we wanted. We cannot afford 3+ star hotels any more. So, we go for the best 2-star and 3-star hotels.

Loved it all.

The people/counter workers i.e., Phillip, Brey, and Cody! They did an awesome job cannot say enough great things about the workers. All the breakfasts were warm and different all three mornings. Parking was very adequate.

Did not like the fact the pool was closed our entire stay.

beds were uncomfortable and I rented a King room and they gave me 2 double beds instead and told me there was nothing they could do

Breakfast offered many good options. The warm cinnamon rolls were delicious and very fresh. Very good selection and plenty of food was available.

The air conditioner in the room was noisy and interferred with sleep.
