My story; We have been here for a few months waiting on tenants to move out of my home. Was working on the oil field in Wyoming, politics got involved, lost job came back home. Incase anyone wonders why "months". We like; The staff is friendly. Always asks if we need anything. Very hard working employees. Balcony to step out on, always someone in office 24/7. Nice pool for the kid. Road is full of great dining with town a few miles away. Police presence is good to see riding through and security cameras so I know its on film. Most of all, it doesn't break the bank.

The first and best thing I appreciated, was actually a person. And I am so disappointed that I have forgotten his name. He was on duty at the front desk when I arrived at almost 2 AM on Saturday morning July 1st. But before that, he was kind and patient with me when I called several times. Upon my arrival, he greeted me warmly, checked me in efficiently, and provided information about breakfast. I was tense and exhausted from being lost while looking for Anderson, and then the hotel. My interaction with this young man, was calming. I was still so very tired, but emotionally, I was much better. Something else I noticed and appreciated, were the books available in the lobby. While I had books with me, it made me happy to see this thoughtful amenity. Thank you all for a wonderful stay. I am completely satisfied with my overall experience as your guest.

The only thing that could have been a problem was not having a remote control that worked for the television. I received a replacement, and that didn't work either. But, as I said, "could have been a problem." The fact is, I don't have a TV at home, so not being able to turn on the one in my room was not a big deal.

Staff is very friendly, helpful and quick to serve/handle all of your needs. Breakfast, anywhere that has a flip over waffle maker has an awesome breakfast to me! Housekeeping is quick and always does a good job. Felt like home except with unlimited house keys 🙃

People who came to stay/guests could've picked up their own trash and helped keep the property clean.

Found that if you didn't r get to the lobby right away, the breakfast selection was gone quivkly

I had requested a handicapped accessible room. The walking space was very tight and I don't see how a wheelchair would be able to turn. I use a walker and made out fine. The tub and shower were not handicapped accessible and I was not able to shower. I was disappointed with that feature.

I loved the fact that everyone keeps to themselves and all the staff were amazing.

Our fan/vent in bathroom has been messed up causing there to be mold in the bathroom. The microwave also was messed up since our stay about 2 months ago. Fire alarm.

Bathroom was great for our handicap needs. The main room was clean and the right size for our use.

The sofa needed to be updated. Plastic bag over smoke detector. Small cosmedic repairs needed. Close fit if we had needed our wheel chair. Pool needed cleaning.
