Hampton Inn Anderson

The shower was extremely nice the bed was comfy. The couch bed was comfy as well.there was enough space for my toddler to run around. There was hand sanitizer by the elevator on every floor.

The morning shift worker down where you check in at. I wanted to extend my stay for another night so I called the night before and talked to the afternoon person and I was told I was good to go. Then the morning came around and the house keeping was knocking on the door my husband told them to come back and they told him to call the front desk when he did the lady told him we were supposed to be checking out. She had a bad attitude and when we went down there to get our extra night she was rude about it.

Heather was the bomb.com. Expedia screwed me over and I was out a room. I got very ugly with her and she remained professional. I apologized and cried later in the evening when I spoke with her and she was a true champ

There really isn't anything that could have been better. It was exactly what we were expecting

I came and checked in around 3 and they said the room wasn’t ready and they’ll cal me so i waited about a hour and checked again still not ready.. waited til about 5/6 still no call had to go back in and check.

The breakfast was OK. Sausages, every morning, was overcooked and dried. Not a big selection for guests with food allergies.

Comfortable and stylish rooms. Pool and exercise room. If you forgot anything the front desk has a variety of personal items. Great breakfast and customer service. Great for single or family. Meets all needs.

When we checked in Heather rearranged our rooms after checking my husband and I in so we could be on the same floor that our family we came with. She was exceptional. The rooms were clean and the staff was great. If we return to this city we will definitely stay here.

Booking overcharged us but later corrected it

I wish the breakfast was served past 8:30am. A toaster and English muffin and bagels would have great. Very limited breakfast selections.

Check in and out was easy and quick, room was clean and bathroom was also. Hotel staff was very accommodating and helpful, they were very pleasant and cheerful.

Breakfast ended too soon

We enjoyed our time in Anderson and the Hampton was quit clean and friendly. The air conditioner was not working well. But other than that it’s a nice place to stay. Very clean.
