Microtel Inn and Suites by Wyndham Anderson SC

It was real simple.... But very clean and practical. We got a disability access room, with a role-in shower.... Very accessible! There was plenty of parking and other accoutrements nearby. The desk clerk and the monitor at the kitchen/breakfast in the morning were particularly friendly.

Really thought that the breakfast could've been a little more substantial..... Just barely enough, LOL. Our friendly Kitchen monitor rued the day they bought the toaster, as one side of the 4 holer did not work, and the other side cooked the bagels to where they melted through the Styrofoam. We get used to looking for sausage links and scrambled eggs and that would've been a plus.

The staff were very nice. I have stayed at this Microtel along with others around the US and the staff here better than most of the ones I have been to. Also the staff at this location were Alot more pleasant than the staff have been before that worked there...not saying all of them were bad. But we had a nice quiet time. Thank you

Only thing I wish they had the thicker comforters still. But I did ask for a blanket and the nice lady at the front desk gave me one

Room clean and staff very polite and helpful as usual.

Seemed noisier than in the past. Several rooms making noise in the halls. We are dog friendly, but there was a room near us one night that had a dog barking several times during the night.

I'm very particular when I arrived the place was spotless the management was incredible the front desk staff were very friendly place was very very nice mellow no undesirables hanging out out front safe clean well valued hotel

This place was clean, modern, and updated. Front desk staff were gracious, friendly and helpful. Air conditioner and shower worked great. Breakfast options were also plentiful. Right off the highway so it was in a great location with restaurants nearby. It was also quiet.

Nothing. Stopped by two other places on the same road but this one was in a whole different class. One of the others had a bad cigarette smell everywhere in the building. I had to leave and cancel the reservation. This one, the whole building was non-smoking. I had to pay a little more to stay here but it was worth it.

Cleanliness, Comfort and staff super nice

only thing was the noise level of cars/ motorcycles in and around the area- Not anything that motel has control over- I think there may have been car shows and they enjoyed reving up the motors.

I stay in this hotel for the last 3 years and I like the facility. this time they have people with roaches. I request for someone to fumigate the room but they didn’t came to the room to spray.

Breakfast was good. Longer hours by an hour since 10 am was check-out time.

Handicapped shower had black rubber like substance at shower holder. Charging system was obsolete.

it was located near restaurants and other hotels right off of the highway. Very close to the event that I attended with my family.

The staff was supper friendly especially Ms. Donna? she guickly took care of what ever we needed an with a smile on her face.

I had to have one of the beds stripped and remade, the desk chair was realy stained as well as the skirt on the 2nd bed, but the room an bathroom seemed cleaned. The staff was excellent. Due to the pandemic we was a little disappointed with the breakfast. So I would give you an 8 out 10 score. Thank you an we will probably see you again.
