Comfortable room with nice amenities

Lights were a bit tricky to operate

The room was very comfortable. Accommodations were easy to access. The kitchen area and dining room area were amazing. I loved the sink and available dishes. Mon son and I also enjoyed the comfortable queen beds. The front desk staff and the staff at breakfast were very accommodating as well.

The water pressure in the shower could have been better. Perhaps a couple of handles in the shower for those who may need the support. But otherwise, it was very comfortable.

First arriving to the hotel, the property was clean. Even being a pet friendly hotel, the yards were immaculate! Our room was perfect for our stay. NIcest hotel we have been too. Room was quiet and fully stocked with everything we needed, including utensils and dishware. The blinds worked perfect to keep the light out in the morning. We even had extra pillows in the room. Would absolutely stay again with no hesitation. We travelled with my small chihuahua and the pet area was clean, you didn't hear any barking. Breakfast was readily available with multiple options, again lobby was clean and quiet. We could not get over how clean this hotel is. We have stayed in some questionable hotels and this one ranks at the best. Also location was great as you have the restaurants in walking distance and the convention center where our event was held was right across the street.

Honestly, we didn't have any problems or concerns at this hotel. 10/10 recommend.

Breakfast was good and the lady who was in charge of it was a wonderful woman

The front desk person on check in seemed distracted and not friendly. She offered the person ahead of me bottled water but didn’t offer it to me. She just handed me my room card and walked over to the other computer , I had to ask the other woman if I was all set, now she was very friendly

The location was good. The only problem I had was about the breakfast, they said that breakfast is served from 6-10 am, we came down the first morning around 8:30am and we had to wait 25 minutes until they cooked some more food. The second morning we cam down around 7:30am and it was pretty much the same thing.

The location was perfect for us because we were there for a gymnastics meet which happened to be at the Florence Center. The Florence Center is literally across the street from the hotel. The facilities and amenities were well maintained. The added game room with Xbox and Playstation consoles set up was an awesome bonus for the teenagers.

The AC/Heat unit was noisy, but not overly annoying. The linens for the sofa bed need to include a thicker blanket. The one provided is far too small and thin for two people to use efficiently.

Location is right off I-95 and convenient to many dining options. There were plenty of breakfast options and the coffee was fresh and hot. The employee working the breakfast area was attentive, friendly and helpful.

The first two rooms I was assigned had not been cleaned thoroughly. However, the front desk employee was very professional and put me in a room/suite that was clean. The hotel will be going through a renovation in December 2023. I think it was just bad timing.

Breakfast was good and the dining area was clean, there were plenty of staff in attendance and everything was fresh You were also able to take coffee to go when you continued your journey. Very pleasang

We were traveling with our dog and when i booked it said the hotel allowed pets, but there is nowhere to state you are bringing a pet, and when we got there, and they asked if we had any pets it was $75.00, if I had known that beforehand I would have chosen a different hotel.

Clean, modern property.

Reception greeter could have been a bit nicer; seemed annoyed that I told her I had a dog with me; said it wasnt in my profile; I asked if I needed a dog tag for the door and again she seemed miffed at my request. Seems the greeter lacked any basic cordial greeting training.

We liked the spacious rooms (5 of us could fit in one room). We liked the breakfast sandwiches, yoghurt and granola, and fruit in the morning. We liked the cleanliness. We liked that it was a good distance when we were traveling from PA to FL. to And we liked that Aldi's was close by so we could get a few things and cook in the kitchenette.
