Home2Suites by Hilton Florence

The location was perfect for us because we were there for a gymnastics meet which happened to be at the Florence Center. The Florence Center is literally across the street from the hotel. The facilities and amenities were well maintained. The added game room with Xbox and Playstation consoles set up was an awesome bonus for the teenagers.

The AC/Heat unit was noisy, but not overly annoying. The linens for the sofa bed need to include a thicker blanket. The one provided is far too small and thin for two people to use efficiently.

Facing was very new feeling , the room was excellent in size and amenities and the common areas in the lobby were roomy and clean for breakfast. The breakfast selections were many an$ fresh and the staff was very attentive.

The floor in the room was sticky and the front desk noted that and apologized. It may been a one off thing in our room, but bring slippers just in case.otherwise no complaints.

Staff were friendly and accommodating when approached. the pool and fitness center was nice. Washer and dryer access was very nice. The Hotel was CLEAN AND NOT OUTDATED. FOOD HOT AND FRESH AND HAD MEAT BASED PRODUCTS THAT WERE NOT PORK. OUR FAMILY LOVED IT ALL ❤️

The fire alarms scares two mornings in a row prior to 6am. The room was clean aside from on arrival finding 2 empty alcohol containers under the bed and having to vacuum our own room on the second night everything else was good👍

Very nice room the staff was especially friendly. Bed was comfortable. Good complimentary breakfast. Was great that the checkout was 11 and check-in was three.

Only thing we didn't like was the room was not soundproof. We could hear the people upstairs sound like they were running a marathon and all the doors are open and shut we could hear and people out in the hallway. Didn't really get sleep we wanted that night.

the place was very clean and when we got there they were wiping the whole place with bleach. the staff was very friendly and helpful. the suite was just great, clean and the kitchen area was fully loaded with very clean plates and other stuff. the bathroom clean as well and walk in shower

Ideal location, central to the city. Easy access to gas stations, walking distance to restaurants, and even more in 1-2 mile driving radius. Pleasant staff, relatively clean (except the elevators). Very comfortable bedding and spacious room with all you could need for either a brief or extended stay. We stayed with 2 small dogs that were welcomed and they even had a nice little field our back for them to run around in and do their business.

The breakfast was "limited" even though the listing said full breakfast. All we saw was different breads and cereal. Not a big deal, but kinda disappointing.

The location was great. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by two lovely ladies from the front desk! We had two dogs and they promptly checked us inn (Pet fee $50). They have a little green area behind the hotel. Breakfast was pretty good! The rooms had a full kitchen. Would definitely stay again!

Everything about the stay was great. The area on the backside of the property can be used for pets, a huge bonus.

Very minor things, the in-suite refrigerator was covered in something sticky. The price to stay vs. the features of this property is a little steep.

Location was great Room was great nice bed and shower and bathroom was clean, Liked the size of the fridge and the kitchenette. Very friendly staff

Would have like the room to be cleaned as we stayed for 6 days and it should have been cleaned at least a couple time during our stay.

The property was clean staff extremely helpful the rooms had all the amenities you needed location perfect restaurants great variety free breakfast was good would highly recommended Home2Suites👍🏾

there was nothing not to like
