Love the location right off i-95, the area felt urban with many stores and restaurants which is unlike most hotel stops along i-95. The hotel is also right next to a Civic Center with Wars Memorial Park that is worth a visit - an extremely high budgeted park. It was a pleasant surprise to have such a nice park to walk and stretch after a long road trip. The room was spacious with a small fridge and a microwave. Parking was free and plenty, also dog-friendly. Breakfast was decent and I love that they had a variety of milk for coffee, they had oat milk which I have never seen any hotels offer. They also had a variety of sauces like hot sauce and korean kochujung (what!) and condiments which I would never expect out of a hotel in this region. Overall it's my favorite stop on i-95 so far, would stay again.

A convenient location

Our booking was not fully recognized by the hotel. Instead of two rooms that we booked they provided only one and we had yo pay extra for the second room. Because of tremendous delays on I95 that day, we arrived 4 hours later than we planned and we were very tired to say the least. The manager on duty provided the second room but did nothing to help us in resolving the booking issue, even though we had printed copies of our booking documents with all reference numbers.

SpringHill Suites in Florence, South Carolina is tucked in with three other Marriott hotels.

Our original room was not clean and had urine on the floor and stuff in the shower but a call to the front desk had us in a clean room with no hassle. I am guessing there are staff shortages but those that were working the desk were pleasant if harried. It was a very busy night for them so good work!

Cleanliness and staff

Breakfast was horrible. Late and poor choice of undefrosted food. Stayed at a number of this brand hotel before.and was able to rate them a ten, including this one. Ran out of coffee 15 minutes after opening. Need to control guests who came with half gallon thermoses to fill. Restaurant and grib hub would not deliver to this location. Hard to get dinner sent in.

Enjoyed the breakfast; good selection of food items; coffee quality was very good.

The tub drain was broken - the stopper remained closed so the water pooled in the tub while showering. Also, the toilet tank flapper allowed water to seep out so the toilet refilled intermittently ( annoying to hear the constant refill noise, and the it wasted water unnecessarily. The bathroom was clean, however.

It to mention I had a 8.5monthe pragegent and a faught in ever hotel to find a place go that was also prefer as much as a queen was staying there I had to put he'd 6 rooms at 169".67$ per room plus 119 resort fee

I loved the distance I had to travel from the hotel to the center. The hotel was very clean and smelt clean and fresh all through out the day and night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and pleasing. I enjoyed my stay.

The only discomfort that we experienced was no toilet paper and cups were not on the sink. The front desk clerk was alone, so we needed to go down to front desk to request these items.. slight inconvenience. The breakfast buffet was superb.

I didn't like that when I booked this hotel the price was _660.00 but the charge was changed to $1565.00. this was terrible. I would like a refund adjustment made to my charge account.

Breakfast was very good. Location is great just off I95. This is our third or fourth stay at your location, as we travel to our vacation venue each year. We always pick your hotel although there are several others right there.

Choice of refrigerated items, pizza sandwiches etc was empty.
