Best Western Inn

Location. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and had supplies for the room. Next to Ruby Tuesdays, so I was able to just walk to get dinner.

When I first arrived, I was early. I sat outside in my truck and waited for chec in time. While sitting there, I saw several homeless people walking around the area. I was then approached by one begging for money. I advised clerk about it. She apologized. Then at 2:30am a train came by the location and LAID on the horn. I was advised at check out that this conductor does that all the time. He thinks it's funny. But other than that, it was a good stay. Thanks.

I was attempting a solo drive from Northern Virginia to Florida for the first time and didn't anticipate my knees giving me so much grief that I had to break the trip up into two days instead of one. The Best Western in Florence was perfect for my needs. My room was very comfortable and clean. The thermostat was responsive and quickly adapted things to my comfort level when needed. I used the little coffee maker in the morning before I checked out which was a nice little perk. The Ruby Tuesday right next door was perfect for dinner that night; I just walked right over. It was my own inattention to detail that resulted in this, but I hadn't noticed the railroad tracks running right in front of the property until about midnight when a big ol' train came through and startled me out of a light sleep...but then I started to enjoy the sound of the cars rumbling by. It's one of my favorite sounds. I unfortunately didn't get out in time to sample the breakfast in the morning, but I'm going to to try and book a room on my way back home on the 11th and will hopefully catch the breakfast then.

As motels go, this one was one of the best I've encountered. I've stayed at many others in the past that had leaking ceilings, questionable plumbing, mold, bugs, etc. This Best Western had none of these. In fact, I'd say my room had everything I've ever had at a 3-star hotel except for room service and maybe an indoor pool which I don't much care about anyway. The room was impeccably clean and the front desk manager was just as friendly as she could possibly be.

Easy to get to location, just off the highway. Needed a place to rest for the night on a long road trip, this fit the need. Nothing fancy, but acceptable. Mostly updated, and relatively clean. After reading reviews of other hotels in this area, I feel this was a good choice. Nice little brewery down the street, for food/beer.

The area isn't the best, so I wouldn't recommend walking the streets, but felt safe enough. Breakfast was decent, although they were out of eggs, due to the New Years rush (so they said). Overall enough to munch on though.

It was super clean and it was a cute place, everyone was friendly, everything was great! The beds were pretty comfortable. The sink area was beautiful, the pool was lovely. I loved it, I would give it a 10/10 and my brother would too, but my husband has a few minor complaints.

There wasn't much not to like. Husband says: The shower leaked and it was a little too small, the shower curtain was small and broken which caused water to spill onto the floor, the sink faucet leaked a little bit. There was no TV remote in our room.

Everything was good. It's nice to have the availability of breakfast on site.

The list of restaurants was helpful. Many places were closed. The list needs updated. The train is disturbing especially at 12AM with a blowing horn that seemed unnecessary since there is little traffic at that time of the morning, plus the gates close off any traffic.

Beds comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good too, pancake maker, cup of fruit, yogurt , cold cereal, coffee and juices. Clean place and we felt safe. We picked because it's pet friendly and we are traveling with a small dog. Very satisfied with the hotel. I would recommend.

It's not a negative but bathroom is very tight so moving around was limited,overall it was clean and good water pressure on the shower was good but not the toilet. We were afraid it would get clogged but it did not. If you have a tight space phobia perhaps not for you.

Didn't have breakfast. Location was great-right off 95. Love having the Ruby Tuesday right next door. I asked for a first floor room and they were able to accommodate that request. Room was comfortable with ability to control the temperature. Bed and pillows were comfortable. I liked having the fridge, micro, and a coffee maker in room. Lots of light and outlets for electronics to charge.

The shower was not great. The spray was uneven and the tub was filling with water. The plug had to be manually raised. I didn't eat breakfast there but I heard a couple saying as they were going out the door say "don't expect much". I'm sure that probably has to do with covid. Not sure.

Everything just an absolutely wonderful place to stay with family and love onces in a very clean safe place with great restaurant next door. Front desk lady was an absolutely wonderful person.

I requested for an early check in and they were able to accommodate me. I really appreciate it. The staff was really friendly also.

Standing tub water...which is probably out of y'all control.

The rooms are so comfortable and cleanest and there is nothing to complaint about this Best Western at all. The Front Desk lady Fallon is very professional, knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions on which you have. Anything you want to know about booking on line or directly booking on Best Western website or Best Western Rewards, you will be satisfied to book this Hotel.

Because of misinformation on CDC and staffs, the pool closed and no breakfast services. It's alright for us, we're respectful their own policies and we're not hungry for those anyway.
