Loved the close beach access, pool and lazy river were nice and loved the tiki bar. Also had a good hot breakfast each morning.

Needs to replace outside light bulbs in hallways on each floor in annex. It was dark in spots.

I Loved the view and the location was absolutely perfect! Just Perfect!! They have an indoor pool that's so warm it almost feels like a hot tub; and they cleaned the pool area and the pool every morning which was a plus. Again, the facilities were very clean (no bugs) and I liked that you could take breakfast AND drinks to your room, which most places won't allow you to do.

Overall it was a great stay! Honestly, the only thing I might do if I were management is fix the tiny spots in the toilet, which probably just come from use and then maybe paint over the peeling paint on the outside of the balcony. These, however, are VERY small things (aesthetically) and which may explain why I also got such a good deal on the room in the first place! I can't complain.

CLEAN! The decor was not trendy but was not worn either. Staff was courteous and professional and all seemed to take pride in their job which is very rare these days.

No hot tub. Had a small indoor pool that was nice but was looking forward to a hot tub on a cold night.

The staff made everything wonderful. Ms Tammy at the front desk. The cleaning crews were so accommodating and friendly.

This property need a lot of updates and upgrades. The picture on your website isn’t what we saw when we got there. They had broken sliding doors, broken front door latches, carpets needed changing & some furniture needed replacing.

The room was spacious, not at all small. There was a stove, fridge, microwave, and sink. We also had a pull out sofa. The room was very clean. The cleaning service was terrific. We received fresh towels daily. We had to get fresh linen because my granddaughter wasted a large cup of water in the bed. Housekeeping came in after the mattress had dried and put fresh linens on the bed. She said she would bring fresh towels, but we left. When we returned, the towels were on the bed. The breakfast was great. They have servers that prepare the bowls for you if you want the special of the day. Such as eggs, bacon, sausage, sausage and gravy. You can also make mini waffles. The outside pools are heated. They felt really good even though it was chilly outside. We had an ocean front, and the view was beautiful.

There was only one elevator. Parking was a little challenging. They do offer parking across the street in two areas. Thankfully, we were able to park on site each night. I normally don't like the room entrance to be on the outside. However, it wasn't too bad.

I liked the friendly staff. I liked they gave you cold bottled waters when arriving. It was clean. We always got close parking spots. It wasn't crowded. House keeping came by every day to pick up trash and give towels etc. There were multiple pools to swim. Lazy river, indoor and outdoor.

The only thing I didn't like was that the air conditioner wouldn't go lower than 66. We like it cold at night. In the hottest months this might be an issue during the day.

Breakfast was very good. Lots of choices and hot foods including bacon, biscuits and gravy, potatoes, ham, etc

Staff top notch, location right on the beach, good breakfast, easy parking, balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. Pool was heated, tiki bar server was great, live music on Saturday, nice selection of frosty drinks! Beach was quiet in off season.

Room location was right next to the elevator, could hear it all night long. Room doors very heavy, heard slamming doors all night. I wish our beds were in the room nearest the beach instead of near the room entrance (hall & elevator noise). Could use updates.Even with these issues, we might stay here again.

Friendly staff, good breakfast selection, great location! Well equipped, clean and comfortable room. Top-notch housekeeping. Lots of amenities. Clean pools. Parking was limited on-site, but the lot across the street was ample and perfectly adequate.

Some things were a little tattered and worn, like knobs coming off the stove and permanent stains on the carpet here and there. Very limited cookware. Smoke alarm low battery warning during the middle of the night, causing an incessant audible chirping. (Shouldn't these be changed regularly?). Exercise room needs a little equipment repair. Minor quibbles, but enough to keep the place from being a 10.

We try to save $ by getting breakfast included, Breakfast was great, We eat a late lunch , early bird, So paying for one nice meal a day is a bonus. Facility is right on the water, close to Super markets and amenities. Staff was great

We were in the original building so it is older, it was clean, for the money spent, it was great, If you want reasonable price, On the beach it's great, If you want the Best of the Best, don't stay here, you will complain about something. People always complain about rusty things, Salt water and rust never sleep
