I liked the friendly staff. I liked they gave you cold bottled waters when arriving. It was clean. We always got close parking spots. It wasn't crowded. House keeping came by every day to pick up trash and give towels etc. There were multiple pools to swim. Lazy river, indoor and outdoor.

The only thing I didn't like was that the air conditioner wouldn't go lower than 66. We like it cold at night. In the hottest months this might be an issue during the day.

The beds were very comfortable. The staff was very accomodating. The breakfast was wonderful and the servers were really nice and helpful. The beach was great (a few jellyfish washed ashore). The weather was not exactly perfect, but we enjoyed our stay very much.

Wonderful view of ocean. I enjoyed being on the end of the hall. Bed was very comfortable and the room met all of my needs. Also, the cleaning staff was wonderful about providing fresh towels each day.

This was not a deal breaker by any means, but the parking across the street was a bit inconvenient. I was traveling with my 2 young kids and it would have been nice to have found closer parking. I understand it is a busy season though. More available seating for breakfast downstairs would also be nice, but again, my girls and I enjoyed our stay very much, and we will be happy to stay again.

We had a balcony overlooking the beach. It was an awesome view much enjoyed by us. Our room was nicely maintained during our stay with specially folded towels, and the beds made up each day.

As a point of reference, I am accustomed to staying at Marriott properties. The room was spacious and very clean, not easy for a hotel on the beach. The bed was almost Marriott quality and comfort. Another layer of plush padding would make it perfect. The pool areas and tiki bar were super clean and excellent! The included hot breakfast was outstanding, and better than any Marriott I've stayed at that included hot breakfast. Loved the private balcony too! We will stay here again in a heartbeat. I even joined the BW rewards program.

The bed could have been a little softer, but we still slept ok on it. It would have been nice to have a way to quick dry our bathing suits. May I suggest a bathing suit spinner to extract the water before hanging it in the room? It could be in the hallway for all to use.

we realize that rooms are used each day,make allowances for that but respectfully would like to ask that mattresses be examined a little more often for possible replacement.Our mattresses were sagging on the sides badly and had to lay in the middle of the mattress to be comfortable enough to sleep.Also water pressure was very low,needed to have more pressure,diffulct to shave in bathroom because water was barely running.

The staff was amazing! Everyone was friendly above and beyond! First off the water pressure OMG now this can make or break a vacation.. it was AMAZING!!!! Tons of shells on this part of the beach, and very laid back. Not to far from the excitement down south Myrtle and plenty to do close by.

Could have had a hot tub and would be better if you could swim at night in the pool. Teenagers don't go to sleep early and the pool would let them have something to do outside. They make more noise stuck in a room then outside.

The room was nice, clean, and the staff was very friendly.

The parking was hit or miss. The towing was not enforced because I saw cars with nothing in the windshield parked on the premises the whole weekend. I had a pass and had to circle around to find parking. The parking lot was not paved and the rain gave us muddy shoes from the parking lot. No big deal for me but some of us didnt like the fact of not having a space because of people that didnt stay there. Also, if there is a party of 4 and you have 2 cars, only one person got a parking pass.

The staff was excellent: they were willing to go for an extra mile and provide additional accommodations to make our stay more comfortable. The breakfast was great - by far the best food we had in MB. If you look for an uncomplicated and reasonably priced place for an ocean retreat, this is an ideal option. Would definitely come back.

The property is a not the newest investment in the area, but is functional and clean, and most important has amazing ocean views.

The bed was super comfortable in room 817. It was a nice oceanfront and near a lot of things. Everything is near like Walmart, Roses, and alot of more places. It’s only one hot tub so that stayed packed. The bed was so comfortable we didn’t want to do much but spend time in it. Parking was across the street

You can hear everything through door and walls. Room service clean up woke us up asking about cleaning our room and they were so noisy. I should’ve asked for a do not disturb sign or something
