We loved the room and set up of room. We really enjoyed the indoor pool and not tub. So nice to have a gym and the staff is super friendly and very helpful! The laundry lady was so nice when we were exchanging towels!

We honestly liked everything about the room, our stay, and the staff. Wished the balcony could have been bigger but simple works. All of the good things trumped that.

We love that the staff is always accommodating. We have a special request every year and they always come through. Great location. You walk to all the local stores ( not grocery stores.. have to drive ). .. and local bars.

Entry door needs some work. If you're not careful, it doesn't shut all the way. We had someone open our door while we were in the condo.. very unnerving. I really wish they would consider installing ceiling fans and a tv in the bedroom.

Location that I needed to be close to friends, on the ocean, view from the room. Internet connection good. Kitchenette more than expected. Nice & helpful staff.

Bedroom ! Too small for me. On front side of room. A window that you could not leave curtain open cause it showed the outside hallway. But it had a pull out sofa bed; was fairly comfortable that I slept on. Separate linens, etc. were in a closet.

I love how close to the beach it is. It is also walking distance to shopping, restaurants, ice cream and nightlife. Very happy with our stay.

The indoor pool had so much chlorine that when you walk into the pool area, your rurs would burn. Decking to Beach is in real need of repair.

We loved the lay out of the rooms. It was perfect for us. We wished the baloney was a bit bigger but we made due.

This had nothing to do with the facility but unfortunately our last night there was awful due to Spring break. Doors slammed and kids were outside on stairways, etc until 5 A.M.

Stayed on the 3rd floor, elevators were quick. The main parking lot has 2 sides but it fills up quickly at night (second lot is across the street). The front desk staff was pleasant at check in/out; and the cleaning staff were great! Each room has a mini front porch which is nice to sit on when it rains. The bedroom is separate from the big living room and the bed is soo comfortable; there was a pullout couch. The full kitchen was nice and came with the cleanest dishes I’ve seen in a hotel room. The bathroom had a tub/shower and a nice size. The property has a lawn great for kids to run around while the adults relaxing watching from the room. There are 2 pools (indoor & outdoor) and the access to the beach has a ramp/stairs accessible to all.

The balcony was tiny but usable & the balcony door for our room began to let water seep into the room, luckily we were able to position the door just right and the flow of the water stopped (nothing was damaged). The tv only had 2 working channels any other channels had to be purchased.

The room was well stocked and organized. comfortable, especially the bed. great balcony view. Very quiet and peaceful. Everything worked properly. A great room for two people, even though I was by myself.

Never been here before and the entrance to the office was a little difficult to find. Some better signage in the parkig lot for guidence would be good.

I like the location of the property. I had a great stay in a 2BR suite. However the ceiling had a leake in the room. I was waken up from a drip ever now and then. And my boyfriend was ironing his shirt the next morning and water drip on his shirt ruined his shirt. It did rain the night before but why put someone in a room and the ceiling leaks? But overall I had a great stay probably will stay there again but not in the same room.

Room was spacious. Kitchen was good and usable. Beach and ocean was really nice to see from the balcony.

Balcony could have been a couple feet deeper. To sit on the balcony you had to face the chairs sideways and turn you head to look at the beach. A/C in master bedroom blew right on my face. I did see any other place for the A/c unit, so I understand why it is there.

We stay here often because it's so close to everything and a great value. Sometimes the room we get us kinda small ( mainly the bedroom ) . I hope that in the future, they will consider adding a TV and ceiling fan to the bedroom. We've stayed at several resorts in NMB in the past and this is the only one that doesn't have that feature.
