Rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. The a/c was great. The hotel was located in a good spot. I have a family of four. CVS and Walgreens were close and foodllion across the street. Awesome Chinese spot about a block away leaving the property to the right. And there is a golf cart rental next door. I did not get one because of my budget but a lot of other people did and they drove all over with those things lol. Pretty cool. Also gas station next door as well. Really accessible to many things around the area without breaking the bank in ur stay.

Check in is at 3pm my family and I arrived about 2:30 pm when I went to the front desk No one was there at the window. I stood standing there for a few minutes. It so happens the staff was behind me sitting down in the breakfast area and only reason why I knew that is because a gentleman came in after me and hit a bell at the front counter and they decided to move then. I don't travel often and so I was not aware to hit a bell to get customer service. Especially if they see u standing there and don't say anything. Coffee not good too watery no matter if bold or regular. Could have been the time I went down to get breakfast.

Very easy walk to the beach. Also, on the main drag so plenty of restaurants and shopping. Room was cleaned and stocked. Check in and out were easy with a great staff. We saw quite a few reviews complaining about a "smell". Perhaps these people are not aware of it being a beach hotel. You're going to have a slight ocean smell in the lobby from a) the proximity to the ocean and b) people come in wet from said ocean. I only noticed it in the entryway. The "dirty" carpets were just older. They were clearly vacuumed and everything seemed well maintained to us.

For the most part the facility was clean. The staff were very nice and helpful. My room was a lot cleaner than I had expected, so this was a win.

There was a musty smell in the room when the A/C would turn off. I just turned the fan on the unit and turned the temp down.

I book my father's day vacation through booking. com it was affordable, easy, and convenient and I will definitely use them again for my traveling needs. Comfort Inn Hotel in N. Myrtle Beach accommodated my family and I very well with great customer service from Mrs. Patel and the staff were impeccable, excellent breakfast, and close proximity to other things such as Walmart Supercenter Center, and restaurants such as Rioz.

Good location and the rooms are nice and clean. Continental breakfast was good also. There was almost no one at the pool which was pretty clean, so a good bit of privacy, plus they have pool towels. Friendly and helpful staff helped make our stay better with local recommendations. We'll be back.

The physical building itself needs some work. There were a few spots where the carpet in the common areas is coming up, which looks bad but also could cause someone to trip. Minor complaint that most likely has to do with scheduling repairs because of everything going on. The beds were too firm for my taste as well.

property was very close to the beach there was literally a beach access on the next street over. It’s very central to all of the restaurants and different things to do in the Myrtle Beach area, And the room was clean and neat and everything was as it should have been.

The biggest downside about the property is the fact that we were in the area during bike week and unfortunately there was not enough parking for every buddy who was there. Because they were trailer is attached and detached and parked into other parking spaces. So I would definitely say that parking was the biggest issue.

Staff were kind and courteous. Rooms were clean, without smell. We really appreciated that a sign was posted for a $250 fine for individuals smoking in the non smoking rooms. The proximity to the beach was perfect. Breakfast was simple, they had the basic waffles, pancakes, eggs, sausage, fruit, cereal, juice and coffee..

I stayed during July 4th. They had the most reasonable rate and I was pleased with the friendliness of the staff. The bed was exceptionally comfortable; I even overslept! When I woke, I called and they said to not worry. I was exceedingly satisfied with the property and would gladly stay there again!

We enjoyed the breakfast each morning. My 96 yr old mother loved it. It was her first time eating hard fried eggs! Beds were comfortable.

The beds are raised up a little too much for short legged people, but I think I might know a couple of reasons for it.

The staff was great 😊 friendly and helpful, the pool area was nice we stayed late and nobody bothered us. It has a good location if you want something walking distance to the beach.

The parking was confusing I think the staff should explain where the guest should not park!
