I feel like the restaurant description is a little misleading.

Bistro. Same person trying to cook, wait and bartend. Not really fair to the person doing all of this. Did not realize it was cash only resort. Will not stay again.

My room was ok my bed was clean I didn't make it to the beach bad weather

The smell was off it smell like the carpet was wet that's all. Other than that my room was okay. I had my smell good on deck so it was fine.

The convenience to the restaurants and the venue we were going to for that evening.

The WiFi did not work even after having the desk clerk show us how to make it work. Frustrating. If we were staying more than one night it would have been much more of a challenge. Also I incorrectly assumed the “Bistro” was a sit down restaurant with service but it wasn’t. So $30.00 seemed a lot for what we got for breakfast.

Everything was great; however, disappointed that the hot tub wasn’t working and the indoor pool was not heated. Those were two of main reason we chose this hotel. Everything else was comfortable. Staff was nice. Clean room and comfortable. Quiet. Oh yes, coffee was great!

The rooms and facility was very clean. The pillows and bed were very comfy. I loved that the hot tub actually worked as that is not the norm anymore at most places. There was a couple with a dog that barked nonstop but we could hear none of it once the room door closed. We also liked that there is a guide and Netflix available on the TV.

We had very few gripes. One was that there were no available complimentary items for breakfast. All items were made to order and really good, especially the French toast, but the amounts add up pretty quickly, especially when buying breakfast multiple days. There was not even free coffee other than the packets in the room and no real creamer.

The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. We were greeted by a wonderful young lady and explained we were being comped a choice of cocktail or appetizer. She also explained all of the benefits of staying at the property. We also ordered sandwiches from the menu, and they were delicious. The room was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the beautiful area outside with the fire pit.

The only complaint I have is that the hot tub spa was out of order.

The location was excellent it was close to everything👍🏽

When I booked the room I booked a balcony but when we I arrived to the room I was very disappointed the balcony was barely a balcony I didn’t have very much room to go on the balcony or to move around and the balcony door wouldn’t open so maintenance was sent up to our room to fix it,it was not what I was expecting being that it was our anniversary it messed up plans that I had There was also black mold in the shower on the ceiling I couldn’t believe it however all these complaints were made known to the front desk they apologized and accommodated us !!!!

Everything was wonderful the employees very nice and helpful I enjoyed them a lot made me feel as if I was at home. Mrs Joyce and Kaitlyn loved speaking with them as well as the staff that sanitizes and straighten the rooms for the customers. Thanks a lot 🙂

I loved everything besides the birds having a field day on my car it was clean when I got there but the next morning Holy crap on the passenger side 🤦🏾‍♀️ but that has nothing to do with the staff 😂

Staff was very friendly, very accommodating. The hotel we already booked a room at had roaches and when asked if I could check the room out first, the lady at the front desk had no issue with me checking out the room before.

The bathroom could have been a little cleaner but overall will definitely be staying again.

check out was at 12 instead of 10 or 11 clean room nice pool and gym area

wish it had continental breakfast instead of the restaurant 😕 and also wish the shower wouldn't leak all over the floor and updated also the spa was advertised as working and on arrival it was out of order and stayed out the whole 5 nights we were there
