I had a nice stay here, the rooms were clean, staff was friendly and very helpful, breakfast was wonderful and the breakfast staff made sure that everyone was served ,overall it was good, I highly recommend staying here. This was my first time staying here.I read the reviews before making my reservation, and it seemed to be a good place to stay. What was said was really true. It's not far from shopping centers and the beach, and it's pet friendly. On the site that I booked from, it stated no pets allowed. I was surprised upon checking in when I saw a man with his dog, and there were doggie treats in a jar on the counter. Before leaving for my trip, I had boarded my dog because it was stated no pets. That was misleading. My only complaint was having to pay extra to board my dog because I wanted to stay here.

The stay was Great! The staff was very helpful and very friendly! The breakfast was good fresh and everything was stocked. I also enjoyed the fact that you had different things to chose to eat. The coffee was great! Overall everything was Great!

The bathroom floor in our room could’ve have been cleaner! Looks like they didn’t sweep the floor. Maybe the staff was short on help or was rushing to get to get done. The work load maybe was a lot that day for one person !

From the first day I was glad to see the friendly staff. They were very nice and have great customer service. I am so excited about coming back to stay in August for my grandsons birthday party 🎉

My only concern was the elevator and how long it took to get between floors. Apparently someone else said something about it. When I was checking out, it was shut off because of the maintenance on it.

We stayed here for one night after staying somewhere else(which was a disaster). We were down in North Myrtle Beach for a leisurely 2-night stay and stumbled across this hotel after switching from the Comfort Inn -N. Myrtle Beach and I'm glad we did. Fairfield rooms were very clean, big, Beds were comfortable, indoor heated pool was amazing and the breakfast(yes, they have breakfast)was decent. the staff was friendly. Hotel was quiet at night so definitely will be back.

not much to say only at breakfast the orange juice machine wasn't working that morning but there was apple juice and coffee to drink

I love how fast check in was, the staff was very friendly,helpful and convenient. The house keepers were pleasant. my room was very clean and peaceful. The African American cafeteria lady did a very great job with breakfast, she was pleasant to everyone in the room. I will definitely come back to see her.

My room was facing lots of trees. Parking lot in the back was dark .

As I said in previous blogs, I did come back to this Hotel because they are very friendly at the front desk, the rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. breakfast is good depending on the day you go .. is whether you get turkey bacon or veggie sausage with your eggs. pool is great as usual. building is quiet at night.

I feel that they could improve on the orange juice/apple juice machine...it sounds like it needs a repair guy to check it. very loud. apple juice is alittle watery which makes it perfect for the kids.

The women working the overnight shift and there was a problem with me booking. She handled it with such poised and professionalism it saved what could have been a difficult situation into a happy guest.

Room was represented as a double room on line but was a double bed.

Rooms were nice and the bed was very comfy.

The housekeeper ran out the door after me and then began yelling at me about my 19lb dog. When she let me speak finally I told her he was my registered service dog however she then told me that she didn't care and that not only was he not allowed but that I wasn't either and she wanted my room number to go pack my things for me. She was extremely rude and even though she was told to stop by other employees she continued to yell and tell me that we needed to leave

Was a great breakfast. Plenty of options. Famous waffles! Plenty of coffee. Facility was clean, offer TV, laid out nice with spacing between items.

All ok for me.

coffee was good, breakfast was average for being a motel

not enough handicap spots, ice maker was loud when being used,(outside my room). toilet tank had a slight leak causing it to run slightly at all times and water level in bowl is to high.
