The room it self was clean and comfy. The stores attached to the facility was very convenient. Employees were nice and helpful. Close to lots of restaurants, golfing and stores. The walk to the beach was very close.
The wifi sucked. The T.V kept freezing. The area behind and around the hotel is awful and beat up. Lots of people hanging around panhandling. It reads ocean view but your a street and some building’s away. When we got there we did not know where to check in or grab the keys. It’s two buildings, the main building where you check in and then one separate thats Newley built which is across the street and doesn’t have an office. This is the one we stayed at.

There's nothing to dislike. I can't think of anything because we had a great time. We also loved the view of the street & ocean.

The space and the location. The unit was clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with supplies.
The only complaint was that we booked a 3 bedroom condo but was told the day of our arrival that the condo was overbooked and there was only a two bedroom available. This was very upsetting because we wanted to stay together as a family.

The condo was really clean! It had a fridge, stove, microwave, 2 bathrooms, very spacious and has a balcony!
Not enough toilet paper for our size party and no room service in the same building. None of the activities were in the same building although the sister buildings with activities were not far. Problems with main door downstairs
