Great location across street from the beach. Late checkin with no issues and staff were very welcoming. Quiet hotel with no slamming doors, family friendly. Pool was open late and clean and also had a lazy river. Staff were friendly and excellent. Everything worked well in the room. Bed was comfortable Linens were clean. Parking was close to room. Has elevator. Easy to access and bear everything that we needed

Posting wasn't clear that it was in the half that was not beachfront. Floors needed mopped really bad. I understand sand, but my feet turned black within minutes of being out of the shower. No outdoor seating outside of room. Minimal lighting in room.

This was perfect for us, access to the sparsely used beach was great with a year-old puppy who’d been in the car all day. It was close to everything we needed for a one night stay, nearby food and good beds with the sound of the ocean to lull us to sleep. The full-sized refrigerator/freezer was much appreciated. In fact there was a full sized stove as well. The coffee service was very good with a kitchen sink right there.

There were pans and dishes and utensils in the room, but no way to wash them. There was no tea offered in the room. The breakfast was minimal. The orange juice was good.

Breakfast needed more options. Maybe a little protein like eggs and sausage.

The room was a little dirty/ Sandy. Stains on the ceiling and one of the beds was lopsided.

I loved that it was just across from the beach for the value. That it came with amenities we could use, and offered breakfast while also being a few minutes away from everything. They kept towels at the outdoor pool. The beds were comfy and the ac worked well.

The only thing I could possibly complain about would be that I like that they had carpet, but it was very obvious they needed a good deep clean. It felt a bit sticky and our feet got dirty easily walking without shoes in the room, and thank god we didn’t experience any bed bugs or anything like that but there were some roaches in the bathroom we noticed. Also just wished they did an every day cleaning/room service. Because I hate having trash bags filled in the room and having to worry about running out of towels, although the staff was nice enough to give me extra bags for trash and told us to just ask for more towels when needed.

The value

The place was decent and a good value but the floors in our room were dirty. The bottoms of our feet were absolutely black from the floors. They were discussing obviously the cleaning people are not cleaning like they should be. And we were in the honeymoon suite so I would think they would make sure it would be spotless but it wasn't. Very disappointing 😞

Our hotel room was in a good location, right on the beach. We had a private patio connected to a larger deck. My room was clean and the air conditioning worked well. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The pool area was clean. Betty at the front desk was very nice. There was a Walmart grocery a couple of blocks over.

I had to wait an hour to check in in spite of asking for an early check in. The kitchen did not have a full size coffee maker, a baking pan, toaster, or spatula. There was only one bowl. I went to Walmart and bought a bowl, baking sheet and spatula.The indoor pool/spa area had little ventilation and was heavily chlorinated.

We drove from CT to SC- the receptionist Reggie was very sweet and allowed us to check in a bit early as we were exhausted from driving 14 hours straight. I truly appreciate that. This is the second time I come to myrtle beach and stay at this exact hotel in less than 7 months. I love this hotel and I always recommend it to anyone traveling to myrtle beach. I loved everything. From the pools, to the staff, the breakfast, the rooms EVERYTHING.

I really enjoy that they had a larger fridge then most hotel room. They are pet friendly and the rooms are nice and clean. It's a good hotel for the price/value.

I didn't know that they had two locations. To get ocean view you have to make sure that you select that. We stayed at the main location which had limited ocean view and you had to cross the street to get to the beach.

Our rooms that we requested and told they would accommodate qere not available so we have to seperate from my parents but they gave us a 2 bedroom suit for the inconvenience, But then I was charged twice for my room. Once at the property and once through booking. It was suppose to be a pay at property.

Rooms very outdated, but wasn't nasty but wasn't cleanest.
