We liked that it was right on the beach.Our room was clean & roomy staff were amazing great location

Our only real complaint was there were some people smoking pot & when we would walk out into the breeze way or the stair area u could smell it & I know that is everywhere no matter where u stay or walk down at myrtle beach the only other complaint which again could be at any other place u stay but late on Saturday night we could hear a few people who were drunk arguing but once they got to their room we no longer heard them

They were very nice to try and accommodate us. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of pillows. The sheets were clean and crisp. Bathroom was clean with plenty of towels.

The floors in the room could use a little more cleaning. And hopefully the elevator will be working next soon.

I loved the location right on the beach. I loved the large room with ocean view, children had their own bed and tv separate from ours. I loved that their was a kitchenette in the room which saved money on going out to eat.

The beds was on the hard side, I was glad to get back home to mine. The juice machine and other items were out of order during breakfast time. I was in the process of checking in and I guess I should of asked for my veteran discount sooner when got to the counter because It was processed already and wasn't able to use it. It was difficult traveling back and forth to the hotel to eat due to the left side of the street in front of the hotel was blocked off from 13th to 19th street.

It was super convenient to the beach. Staff was really friendly- even after a super rude customer called her some horrible names for not allowing her to rent a room as a minor. Staff was great

The elevator was scary! The hotel next door is super shady so that made me nervous.

I loved the ocean front balcony and very short walk to beach. Staff was polite...front desk, cleaning, maintenance (upgrading door locks) and can not forget the pool guy.

I disliked the sand on the floor of the room...it seemed to be everywhere. It would have been nice to have something in the room to clean up sand that was my fault.

Rooms were clean and had decent breakfast bar. Was located right on the beach

Elevator is wonky and caught on FIRE while we were there.....Couldn't get towels for whole family...we had 5 people would only give me 4 towels. Didn't receive towels every day...we stayed 5 days only received towels 1 time other than when we checked in and I had to track them down the 2nd time.

Location was great, so many stores and restaurants near by and most important just a few steps away from the beach. Parking was so bad at all. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was definitely something they gotta work on. We ended up eating outside because their wasn't much they have just cereal, coffee and waffles. I think they can certainly do better when it comes to Breakfast.

Perfect location, great price,it was very clean ,no bugs ,staff was friendly and helpful,even the breakfast was good,the pool was nice and clean

I don't have any complaints really just the bathroom was on the small side but it still worked for what we wanted

Close to the beach and a fairly big room with a full kitchen. We don't like to go out to eat so it was easy to cook for ourselves as the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans.

You could tell the room was old and could use some work but we are not too picky. As long as it is clean, we are satisfied.

The view and location were perfect. We were pleasantly surprised and impressed by the size of our room.

Property could use a few updates. The elevator could use a face lift but our room was above our expectations!
