We loved the room and oceanfront view/access. We didn't know or find the indoor pool and hot tub until the day before we left. We lost one room key and was charged 25$ that's just insane!!! But, besides that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was our 23 yr anniversary!! We would definitely stay there again.😀

The carpet turned your feet brown/black But, not a huge deal. We lost one key and was charged 25$,which is ridiculous! The front desk lady was nice. We needed to be told about their indoor pool and hot tub,become didn't find until last day before leaving. It's in a weird place. That's all the complaints we have and they're not huge things, except for the key fee!

Ocean front staff was very sweet and welcoming fridge worked well cooking utensils where decent at least needs a pan for the oven and at least one knife for like cutting fruit tv and WiFi worked very well parking was really good to we could walk to stores if needed

Needs upgraded the sliding door wasn’t even sealed around the frame, the carpet is horrible needs replaced with something other then carpet. Pools needed cleaned a little better especially the one on the 4th floor, the curtain for the sliding doors where gross the bed skirt wasn’t the cleanest the furniture could definitely be upgraded as well especially the kitchen table, lighting was fair the sheets where pretty rough but where clean ac worked decent. I’m sure this property is old so a few nice touches of upgrades would deft improve the property

The price,motel is getting better,

Halls need to be painted, food in the stair wells,every door looks like it was broken in too.also house keeping can do better,there was a used QTip on the bathroom floor.tub had a mat, because the tub was in really bad shape, the shower was good.Also every time I go to this place the out side patio is filthy and the chairs have to be cleaned before you sit on them.house keeping should have a small jar of touch up paint to keep up with marks on walls,and they need to do better detail work.

I like that it had two pools and two hot tubs. It is also right on the beach and the price was good for the five nights that we stayed. We rented two rooms. One for myself and daughter and husband and the other for my mother.

They need to remove the carpet in the rooms they are dirty. It would be so much cleaner and easier to maintain. Also the receptionist who checked us in wasn't too friendly and a little rude. Other than that, it was a pretty good trip.

great location, affordable, comfortable, clean! it isn’t your 5 star hotel but this is my second year staying here and everything has been just fine. its right on the beach, very family friendly & enjoyable.. I believe the motel was updated last year and the rooms look just as the pics show.. I booked the ocean front with kitchenette.. they provide dishes, utensils, & cookware. Small full size fridge, microwave, coffee pot, & toaster..

it would be nice if they also provided a broom.. and checked to see if guest needed room cleaned or anything refreshed.. you have to set towels and wash clothes outside your door and housekeeping picks them up and you can wait for them to bring some back in a bag outside your door if they remember sometime that day or you have to ask for more.. and know how many you turned in to get that many back… I didn’t really have trouble with it but it would be more convenient if they picked up the towels and left fresh ones in its place as they did so or as I said checked with guest if they needed anything.. I stayed 6 nights same as last year and housekeeping doesn’t come to the door once… I keep everything clean myself but some ppl may have an issue with that..

I am very satisfied with our experience the staff was awesome I had an asthma attack to to the dampness of being on the ground floor ..and called the front desk and they moved me right away ...I was pleased with both rooms they were both clean and comfy .and not in any way was it the rooms fault I had an asthma attack ...mostly just that tome if yeah ...all in all it wasa great experience will say there fro. Now on 😁

the trip was to short

From checking into checking out. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice and helpful. It's on the beach which was great. The location was perfect to walk to everything. They have an outdoor pool which was closed, but that was fine because they have an indoor pool and two hot tubs with I used on the cold and cloudy days. Parking was also great because they have above and below ground parking. I have no complaints what so ever.

I liked that the property was right on the beach and it was super easy to go right down and enjoy the water!

The outdoor pool wasn’t clean, they gave me a code to access gates that were NEVER locked and one of the hot tubs was down the entire stay. the lady that checked us out was not personable; however, she was professional.

The kitchen and the balcony was great. I really enjoyed the pressure the shower had. Finally those was the most comfortable beds.

The only thing I didn't like was the elevator didn't work well going down had to take the stairs down my entire trip but that was the only thing I saw as a little problem.
