Really loved the children’s play area, I would definitely say it’s more family driven but the convenient bar was a great addition for us grown ups!

The floor of our hotel room felt very dirty, overall wasn’t terrible but I wish they were cleaned better.

The location, the pools, it was so clean, the air in the room was fantastic, parking was great, most of the staff was wonderful, the pools were fantastic. I can't say enough good things about this hotel.

Our room was right above one of the pools and it was so loud with children shrieking and music blaring, , we couldn't even enjoy our balcony area we paid extra for. Now, I don't want kids to be silent but I also don't think it's necessary to be that loud all the time (8:30am-11:30pm). I wish there was like a quiet time after 9pm or something. Anything. It was incredibly, incredibly loud.

I like that the room was clean and very neat.

I didn’t like the set up of the room. The room was very small . I didn’t like that as soon as you walk in the bed, it was by the door.

The room was clean, comfortable, and accommodating. The ocean view was as promised. The resort was directly on the beach. It offered many pools and a couple of Jacuzzis along with comfy relaxation areas both in and out of the sun, also had good disabled parking.

We stayed during the weekend before Memorial Day. There was a long wait to use the only 2 working of 4 elevators upon our check-in (was eventually resolved), so it took almost an hour to actually get into our room. The resort could not keep up with straightening up public areas, no beach towels were available our entire stay, the public restroom near the pool areas was filthy.

The rooms were nice and clean. The staff were very nice and friendly. The night maintenance guy was very nice and friendly and he helped us out a lot. He had to go to three different rooms the first night because my family and I were on different floors but he always smiled when he came to help. The parking was good too. We had a wonderful stay.

Overall the rooms were nice, but some of the furniture could use some upgrade.

I didn’t eat breakfast on the property because it wasn’t complimentary but I loved that Walmart and all our attractions were no more than a 10min drive. I loved the big spacious rooms, all the amenities the resort provides along with a great rate.

The parking garage was across the street from the resort so it sucked when it rained. There was no snack vending machines , only drinks. The breakfast wasn’t complimentary, we stayed for 5 days and never saw pool towels by the pools and weren’t given info on how to get them.

The room was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly, Lillie at the front desk and Josh at the Tiki Bar were excellent.

The area was not the safest. We were told the bed in the room was a Queen Size and it was only the size of a twin, much smaller than expected. ALSO, the RESORT DID NOT OFFER Beach Chairs as other Resorts did offer, this was a major downfall. When on vacation you shouldn't be expected to go out and buy beach chairs.

Convenient location. friendly staff, cleanliness of rooms, elevators were key access only when going up. Kitchen area was convenient, Pools were cleaned daily, heated and lazy river indoors and outdoor available. Outside Bar was nice

Toilet room was very small. The toilet is separate from the sink which is convenient. Larger person be aware. No actual comforters or blankets on beds during colder evenings. Only a thin blanket covered by sheet. Hated the parking lot being small but there was also construction in that area. Most spots were for checking in and handicap.

The friendly staff, the view from the 14th floor, the indoor and outdoor pools and location to the beach.

The fact the housekeeping was only available on the 5th day of our stay.. Parking was tight (we have handicap placard) but ok. Sad that no breakfaxt was provided. or even fresh coffee.
