I loved the lazy river and the heated pool. The villa was smaller than expected, but turned out cozy and perfect for this family of 4. I was able to easily fit an air mattress in living room even when sofa couch was pulled out. Our villa was tastefully decorated and loved having a washer and dryer in villa. The screened in patio was excellent with not bugs to get us. Close to everything including The Boardwalk and Broadway at the Beach.

Check in was at 4 but our room wasn't ready till 4:40. After a 10 hour drive we just wanted to get settled. Parking spaces are super narrow.

I liked that everything was so close to the resort.

It wasn’t that clean. Bathroom tissue was very old when unraveling the tissue. Looks as if it wasn’t changed in months. Bath tub had red stains in it. Refrigerator didn’t work the first night and half of the next day finally changed out Saturday night. Not enough wash rags and towels in room with a family of 6. When I called was told I would have to wash bath towels and rags. I was away from home I didn’t want to do laundry. Elevator got stuck. I’ve stayed here before, this time was a little different. Didn’t know about breakfast no one never mentioned it when checking in. It was not a great experience at all. I rate a 3 out of 10.

Loved the location next to Broadway at the Beach. I loved the entire grounds because it was clean and laid out well. The pools were outstanding. Plenty of things to do right on the grounds of the resort.

It would have been good to have lights on the miniature golf course. But, it was still good. And, I wish the bar/grill would have been open until at least 11 pm. It would have been good on certain nights to eat/drink/party right by the pool and walk back to your room. But, these were minor, the place was great and these things don't dimminish that.

I stayed for the weekend when got up Saturday there where some type of red Roach’s in my room

The room was very spacious and clean for the most part. I loved the decor in the room.

I didn’t like that they did not provide clean towels on a daily. Towels were provided every other day of our stay (Beach towels and bath towels). Also they only provided just enough for the number of occupants in the room. We heard them tell another guest that they would have to charge them for additional towels. This was the most upsetting thing about our stay. They do have small washer and dryers in the room, but they do not provide laundry detergent. I had to get my own. ☹️

Two of my friends and I were in town for the MB Marathon weekend and wanted a property where we could each have our own (real) bed and a kitchen to cook in. The villa was perfect for our needs. The beds were comfy, the facilities were excellent, and we enjoyed hanging out by the pool our first day.

The only thing that negatively impacted some of our relaxing was the horde of geese honking around the property (which obviously isn't something that can be controlled). It would also be nice if there were a few more trashcans in the room (or bigger trash can in the kitchen).

I believe this is our 4th stay. We have kids ranging 6-12 yrs old. We felt safe giving them a small amount of freedom. We felt safe leaving our car unattended. Everything was clean and in good shape. From the buildings, grounds and pool area. I like there is NO parking deck and that it’s only 3-4 floors. You are able to get in and out fast, even with the guard shack. Plenty of room in each rental.

Nothing negative I can think of.

Our stay as great. Only down fall was the A/C in our villa started not to work on the 4th night of our stay. We contacted the front desk the next morning. Sent somebody right away to look at it. They looked at it and said it was fine. Left for a couple of hours, came back still not cool in the villa. Told the front desk again, another person came and changed something. Left for the pool for a couple of hours. Came back and still not cool. Called front desk again - somebody else came - changed something else. Left for dinner, came back a few hours later. Okay, finally seemed to be very cool in villa. Went to sleep - 2:00AM woke up very warm in villa. We were leaving at 6:00AM, went to front desk and checked out - told them at desk - didn't seem to care and just said sorry. NOT REALLY HAPPY - WOULD OF THOUGHT A MAYBE A DISCOUNT.

The room was lovely. The fitness center was nice with quality equipment. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The room had both a glass shower and a jacuzzi.

The only negative (small) was the button to activate the jets on the jacuzzi tub was cracked. At first I thought I was not going to be able to use it, which as disheartening because I had already run the water and added bubble bath. But luckily you press the button so I was able to push through the crack and get it to work. This was room 1131, the button just needs replacing.

The staff was friendly. The Villa was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the screened in balcony. The resort is in an excellent location. It is not far from the beach it is located near shops, restaurants, The Aquarium and Wax Musuem.

There was nothing we didn't like.
