i liked how close it was to the Broadway On the Beach and all the attractions! I didn’t know it was right behind all the attractions! And i liked how cleans the room was and the pool!

the only thing i would say i didnt like was most of the staff were pretty rude. most of the front desk and housekeeping were very sweet and kind ! but most of the workers around the hotel such as the kitchen workers were rude and my husband said during breakfast time he saw one of the kitchen lady arguing with a guest. some of the staff weren’t just that welcoming

Very clean and modern the beds were very comfortable...will definitely be back again. We asked for a room overlooking pool and was given a room on 3rd floor exactly centered over pool exceptional staff.

The only issue was one of the elevators was working which caused long waiting times for elevator service this was an inconvenience. Felt like this should have been a priority for the manager to have it fixed in a timely manner was out of service our entire stay.

Like the other two I think it’s the one I got from you I don’t remember the other ones I don’t know 🤷 but it’s a little different to what you get in the first hit or the first one 1️⃣ is a bit more

The property is close to many restaurants and less than 5 minutes away from Broadway on the Beach, as well as other entertainment. My room was clean and spacious. The staff was also friendly and welcoming.

My only complaint is the discomfort of the bed, but it may have also just been the pillows. Other than that, I am pleased with the hotel and plan to stay again on my next visit to Myrtle Beach.

The location was amazing, first and foremost. The hotel was very clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and spacious and the beds were super comfortable. Plenty of storage and USB ports.

The only negative that comes to mind was the bathroom…it was on the small side and the door to our shower was wonky and didn’t close right.

The host was amazing. He was great. A real assist to your hotel and the reason we will return.

Room has cracks in the wall and had a small odor. Did not like how your TV set up is. Did not like that we had to log into it and the TV station selection is horrible. The breakfast bar was not stocked well. Completely out of cereal, oatmeal was so watery that it was like soup, the bread selection was atrocious, and you had pork in the same serving vessel as the turkey. No everyone eats pork. No yogurt available either. The pillows on the bed suck. Not comfortable at all. No support to them

I have never been welcomed to a hotel/inn or anything of that nature like the way we were when we checked in with Nick. He was very professional to everyone he spoke with and even called them by last name, everyone. Fast and fun check in...bam. Checking out we ran into Tanika who was just as wonderful. You could see she had a big smile on her face as she said "good morning" even with a mask on her face. She was prepared for everything anyone needed and honestly made us feel like family. What a great way to end a long day and the start of a new one. From the Machado family, thank you both for your over and above customer service!

Terrible pillows, asked for more the 2nd night, and those were just as bad. Bathroom was different. Never stayed in a hotel that didn't have a vanity. Makes it very hard if putting on make-up or something. I'm not sure if all the rooms came that way.

Excellent location, It is near Broadway at the Beach. Very convenient and reasonably priced. Clean and quiet rooms.

Staff are not friendly. Breakfast is not exciting

The hotel was very comfortable. The staff was wonderful with the exception of DeVante and the young man that works nights, they were the BEST! I would like to say Thank You for helping my cousin and myself feel like family.

The restroom in our room had no ventilation and the shower door was improperly installed. It wouldn't close all the way
