Laura, in the bar is awesome. She is so fun and always remembered our names. It was always a good time when Laura was working. Also Chris at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. We were unable to get a shuttle to the hotel from the airport so we had to take a taxi. It was expensive and Chris gave us a credit for this. We used it in the bar.

Cleanliness. The rooms were not cleaned everyday, but we were offered cleaning if we asked. We did not. We got clean towels and trash changed daily.

Property is in an excellent location. Everything in outside area was beautifully maintained. Staff was super friendly.

Room was decent but it wouldn't hurt to update it a bit.

it was beachfront, there was coffee, micro and frig. the out side surroundings are lovely.

very very noisy. do not expect quiet as the doors slam because of the wind tunnel effect and people don’t even try to be cautious or considerate. Employees construction were swimming in the pool no showers before or anything. they also did not speak English so I could not communicate they should ask if it was ok. the rooms are pretty dated and really needs updating. the table in my room wash dinged and scratched. the use of a curtain for a closet door - really!

Im obsessed with the ocean front view and the sound of waves it’s very relaxing, the beach is very close, there are two pools, one if them is hot pool I didn’t want to get out of it! The location of the hotel is near to everything, the parking is free and very near. I like it! Staff and house keeping are nice. Beds are comfy and sheets are very clean. The balcony is ver nice place to relax in the early morning. If you are water person stay in strand hotel!

If you are choosing this hotel because of the included breakfast please change your mind. The breakfast is not good at all, it’s all about egg, boiled egg, fried egg, toast with egg and few other stuff. Bathroom was very small and the room it self was small, corridors needs renovation, water machine takes money from my card but no water!

The breakfast was always good but would have liked to see oatmeal. The location was great

I was charged thru booing.com for daily housekeeping. I understand that due to Covid, things changed but didn’t appreciate paying $28 a day for housekeeping but didn’t get clean towels daily and had to put trash by door and then wasn’t picked up for 2 days.

The location was fantastic. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The property was very clean. The pool/hot tub area was very nice, along with the relaxing lounge chairs were wonderful. They had a great breakfast buffet - great waffles! While out at the pool area, having breakfast, we were even visited by a couple of lizards! Very nice location, will definitely return!

The shower was difficult to work. The beds weren’t very comfortable. The room did not have a refrigerator or microwave. Room service was knocking on the door at 9:30am on checkout day… and we were still sleeping.

great location and had a wonderful view from the 18th floor balcony. really good price for location and hotel conditions.

I really enjoyed the room. It was clean and made for a comfortable stay. The view was wonderful. The hotel is located in a great spot. The staff was pleasant. The hotel allowed for very easy access to the beach.

There were only two elevators for 19 floors. They had a very long wait time most of the time, especially when everyone was checking in.

Breakfast was delicious and location was fine!

The only thing I didn’t like was on one of the beds the fitted sheet was torn and didn’t stay on the bed like it suppose to have been! I didn’t bother the front desk and that was the only thing that I had a problem with!

Ocean view from room, comfortable beds, good free breakfast, excellent FREE shuttle within five mile radius and to/from airport, friendly/helpful front desk staff, beach and pool, and nice decor in room. Microwave, coffee maker and fridge. Good a/c.
