It was advertised as BREAKFAST included. However, we’re informed upon checking in that breakfast was for one adult for the first day only and a percentage discount the next day. Very deceptive.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with good Wi-Fi. The hotel was just outside the business district which was good as there is major road construction on the main road through town. Raisin Bran was one of the cereals and they would cook eggs and sausage to order.

The breakfast area was under renovation and there were no juices, fruit, or styrofoam cups for coffee or tea. The elevator was at one end of the building which meant we had to roll our bags a very long way.

Clean, good location and price per night makes sense.

We booked in part because of free breakfast. Only one person for one morning gets a free breakfast while the others receive a 15% discount. That info would be nice to know beforehand.

Cody was a pleasure to work with compared to the guy you had last year. He was friendly, polite and caring. He was always available for any issues we had. Breakfast was great and the room was large. A great value.

There was nothing we didn't like about our visit. It was a great improvement from last year. Management does make a difference.

Very comfortable beds and good pillows. Staff was friendly. Greeted you whenever you came in or went out.

The air conditioner was very loud when it started. Woke me up in the night when it came on. The hot water ran out quite quickly when showering.

best breakfast of all on this trip , room was great , bed was comfortable staff was there for any needs and even though they were very busy and having printer problems they were pleasant and kind even to a few grumpy customers .

The bed and location were good! Especially when it is right near the mammoth site. Reasonable priced though

Unfortunately, the breakfast was pretty much limited, there wasn't enough to feed everyone. We left behind a pillow that belongs to my partner, we realised when we left the state, doesn't matter. Life goes on, I guess

Good, probably the cleanest best one in hot springs SD. Lady at the front desk was friendly. Just a basic room. Clean enough to stay in. Bedding was clean. just a basic room for a small town acceptable enough for my stay. Breakfast was good. Hard boiled eggs & yogurt for healthier eating along with other usual items. Small town

I stay here every year on my SD trip. The rooms and common areas are clean, the staff is friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast is great. I've never been disappointed in all the years I've stayed here.

The staff was very helpful. The Hotel itself was very upscale. The sad part is that due to lack of staff...being able to hire people that want to work...they could not offer any breakfast. They did have hot coffee available. We do not fault the hotel or the staff....this seems to be a situation that is ongoing across the country...very sad. The town of Hot Springs is suffering...restaurants closed without options for dinner other than Pizza Hut,

there is not much else the hotel itself could do...it was comfortable, clean and the staff was very helpful.
