The rooms were INSANELY clean which was so wonderful. Also, the mini fridge. Can we just talk about how good the mini fridge worked?!! I’m driving coast to coast with my dog who eats fresh pet so it needs refrigerated, cooler by day mini fridge by night and this mini fridge even refrozen my overpacks. I’m beyond impressed and grateful. Staff were so nice and so helpful. Breakfast was great.

It was all perfect. There is a ton of road work near the hotels in the area which gets confusing and difficult to find at night BUT that has nothing to do with the property

Everything! Amazing hotel. We have stayed here before and will not stay anywhere else in Sioux Falls at this point! The rooms and facilities are so clean and beautiful. The beds are SO comfortable. The rooms are just gorgeous and so cozy. Everything is so clean and the staff is amazing. Breakfast is hot and fresh and absolutely delicious. It's quiet and an absolutely perfect location.

Our stay was good. Beds were comfortable. The hotel seems older but very well maintained and close to the Sioux Falls which was my goal for the trip.

The room for continental breakfast seemed to always be packed but had a great variety of foods. Not hotel related.. The road construction. Being out of towners we learned to navigate around it.

The property was not on a busy street. our room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, even with the little details. Electrical power was an issue when we checked in and we were not able to get a “receipt” for our stay. Hopefully we can when we check out. (Just received an email with the room information.)

Some of the breakfast food needed to be kept warmer (gravy for the biscuits and the eggs). Items were in a “warmer”, but not really warm enough.

The breakfast was very good there was a good selection of food to choose from. The staff member was friendly and helpful. The location was okay area was quite and easy to get too.The location was good because there was a lot of amenities in the area which were in waking distance.

Got there early and was told my room was ready. It was not so I was given different room in spite of being willing to wait till regular check in for mine. The replacement room had an odor that was not over powering but I could not stop thinking I liked the other room without the odor.

Everything was excellent. The staff was very friendly & made sure we were taken care of or if we had questions about anything. Made our stay more personal. The room was clean & comfortable. The breakfast was great. The manager works hard to make sure his guests are taken care of.

The front desk staff was slow. There was someone standing there at the other computer the whole time. He should have explained why he wasn't helping anyone. They were also unhelpful about signing up for the Best Western loyalty program. Night staff didn't know how to do it and the day staff gave me an 800 number to call. Seems like that could have been better.

Getting to the hotel is a maze. The front desk staff were bickering when we checked in. The room was hot despite the air being on. The main doors are offset and not automatic so it was very difficult getting the luggage cart in and out. The parking spots are very narrow.

1st and 2nd floors are pet friendly/smoking. All king rooms are on the 1st floor so changed room for queen on 3rd floor no hot tub
