The staff was very pleased and helpful They even had time to chat a little.. they were eager to provide anything we needed. The rooms were on decent repair, clean, and comfortable. This is an excellent stop especially for the budget price we needed. Would definitely recommend this motel to everyone. The breakfast was good too.
Would have liked sn elevator but the staff offered help.

Friendly staff, clean room and public areas
There was a problem with the door lock. First we were told it would be fixed in a couple hours, it was not. We had to go to the front desk whenever we left the room and needed back in. It was not fixed until late the next day and we were told to be very careful when unlocking the door so not to have it stop working again. Very inconvenient! Also there were no towels in the pool area and I had to go ask for some. The floor in the hallway outside the pool area was very slick and I fell, bruising my hip and wrist. Staff saw I'd fallen and asked if I was ok, but did not offer assistance to get up or anything. Good thing it wasn't a bad fall! Need to place carpet there.

Customer service was excellent. Breakfast was great and the room was clean comfortable and the hotel was quiet and we were always greeted with a smile. Carpets were very clean and rooms had everything we needed. WiFi was excellent.

Everything else was wonderful.
The pool towels we're just hand towels. They only had two in the bins when we got there. There was 12 people swimming and we asked for more towels and they brought 5 more. Only thing I have to complain about. Otherwise it was a great stay and awesome place for the price.

The beds were so comfy. The staff at the front were very friendly and helpful.
Our shower curtain was badly stained. We informed the front desk when we left and they made note to fix the problem. The pool and hot tub looked green so we didn't end up swimming.

The bathroom door was the worst I’ve ever seen the way it opened no room to open door without being half way in ,I’m a big guy had trouble,bathroom gets a 1 out of 10 1 only because there was a door.

Good value for the money. Very personable and accommodating staff-always greeted us by name. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean.
Outside grounds were unkept. Hallway smelled like cigarette smoke when we first arrived. The room did not however.
