I came all the way from chicago to spend the weekend with my grandchildren who live there in South Dakota. We had a fabulous time the room was wonderful. The pizza was really good from the restaurant. It was so cold outside that the convenience of having the restaurant right there in the hotel was awesome.. Keep up the good . P.S. The pool was also awesome. The water slide was great. My grandkids loved it.

The only native thing I can say was that the bathroom sink would fill up with water, and it went down really slow and the tub as well. But otherwise it was nice plenty plenty of towels so other than that it was great.

The waterpark was very nice. There are 2 pools, a hot tub, kid waterpark area, and a waterslide. The bedrooms were very clean and the bathrooms in the room were nice. They accommodated our party of 3 rooms to be next to each other even though I booked on booking.com. I will definitely stay here again in the future when we go back to Sioux Falls.

Some of the staff could have been nicer. When we arrived there were staff members cussing at each other in the parking lot while there were young kids around. There is no breakfast during the weekdays.

We arrived a little early and was allowed to check in. The customer service gentleman was very friendly and explained everything in detail about the hotel policies, water park, etc. We ate at the adjoining pizzeria and the gal waiting on us was super friendly The beds were so comfortable that my child stated it felt like the beds gave him a hug. .

We had to leave early due to receiving a phone call that our home had burnt so my kids were very disappointed to leave the water park.

I like how both of my rooms were near each other. I like that there is so many accommodations in one location. There is something to do for all ages at this hotel. It is a good place to stay and you don't really need to go anywhere to keep the whole family entertained. There is the water park area, casino, bar/grill, workout gym and arcade.

The space, only because it was very crowded in the pool area. But the kids still enjoyed themselves.

The room was comfortable, the location was great. We did not partake of the water park but it looked enjoyable. We did eat at the pizza place and the pizza and service was exceptional.

It wasn't that we didn't like it but with the pool enclosed in the complex you get that indoor swimming pool smell through out the building. Some people may not like it. Didn't bother us but we tend to go with the flow. I would stay her again no problem.

Our room was very nice comfortable beds. Sports bar bartender was very good since there was no one at tiki bar consistently.

The hot tub wasn't working at all half the time no one was serving at tiki bar sports bar is very nice and had good bartender but just can't go in there in swim suits so tiki bar would be nice and price of presidential room you'd think there'd be something included. Also couldn't check into room till 4 but needed checked out by noon think for our price that should be little extended.

Everything! We didn’t have to leave once we got back from basketball bc there was the water park and the bar, restaurant.

I wish the people in the water park area were more on top of things. There was a group of boys who were causing havoc and needed to be thrown out. They were old enough to know better but the workers didn’t want to throw them out. Other guests had to yell at them and ask them to not knock over little kids.

The nearness to downtown and all of its trappings. The desk staff lady was very professional and friendly at the same time. The check-in process was quick and easy and so was the check out. My room was clean and well supplied with care items. I enjoyed the privacy and easy in and out of the hotel. Excellent stay!

Nothing to complain about.

We liked most everything.

The only real issue I had was that there was no lights above our mirror above the sink outside the bathroom. It was way too dark to try and get ready in the morning . It was REALLY tough bcuz I kept having to go back and forth to the window for light and use outlets elsewhere in the room. Made it super inconvenient.
