Staff was fantastic! Breakfast was hot and ready for us when we got up in the morning. Room was clean and nice. Only thing we had an issue with was the road access to the hotel. We used an Uber to get to the airport in Nashville and that worked great too. Nice place with plenty of places to eat nearby, even within walking distance if you don't want to deal with the traffic.

The road access was not great and traffic was bad. Thankfully there were plenty of places to eat within walking distance, and we were able to Uber wherever we needed to go.

The hotel was so beautiful and it had everything you need for overnight stay. The lobby was so much fun and the people who were there were so kind and always helpful. We purposely would walk through the front door instead of the side door just to say high because they put us in a positive mood every day!

Everything was great but we wished the pool was out side - can't really do anything about that :)

I'm from Alabama where the weather is much warmer than Tennessee ..so after check in on 1/28 there was an older lady and a younger lady whom were nice during my check in but treated my children like they were thugs. It was very cold and snowing so my daughters walked into the building because me and my other kids were still getting our luggage from the car. They told them that they could not stand in the building and made them stand back outside in the cold. Then after we settled in the room my children went down to the lobby to buy snacks and they followed them around....that is not cool. This was my second stay here and I will not be staying again if this is what some innocent children have to go through. I'm still very pissed other than that the hotel is wonderful.

The staff were amazing & the accommodations were great! Lived the pool & gym area! The eat & sip market is a great addition! The kids' favorite was, by far, the automatic pancake maker! We had a great stay!

The only thing would be the storage in the room. There are no drawers or a closet, but there is a place to hang things & a wall with a bunch of hooks that were super convenient

Very clean, very clean. Friendly staff. Our flight laned late and even drove into a hail storm. The night attendant had our room key waiting on us and already check in. So accomodating and understanding. Breakfast, room and amenities were as described. They even had a board with local favorites recommendations for food and leisure.

Nice stay at a nice hotel. Rooms are small. Breakfast was good but very little overall seating available (get rid of the swinging chairs - they look nice but additional high tops would be much more functional). Breakfast was not crowded and yet no room to sit. They allow pets (We know because they were barking at 7:00am) Not good.

Cleanliness of overall hotel and rooms, comfortable beds, great free breakfast, very friendly and accommodating staff.

Other than not having coffee in the room but the lobby had coffee brewing 24/7 so it wasn’t too big of an issue. Other than that, no complaints about this hotel.

Michael at the hotel was very friendly and hospitable. There were a few staff members gossiping at the front desk during breakfast that I found unprofessional.

Fans in the bathroom please. It got very steamy after a shower which made floor slippery. Also the floor was sticky from whatever product was used for cleaning the floors.

Clean with extra COVID precautions, modern decor with a hip vibe (we like non carpet floors, not everyone does though) ,comfortable bed(!), heat/AC very responsive, breakfast was pretty good given COVID (scrambled eggs, sausage served by staff, bagels, oatmeal, cereal individually packaged, fruit, yogurt, juice, good coffee available 24/7).

Location right off highway, on a very busy street but it wasn't too loud (other reviews mentioned this). Decor is cool but could become dated pretty quickly- obvi not a current issue.

Really like the nice updated style more of a modern look very pretty. In enough space that you can walk around without running into anything.

The only thing I can say I did like about the property is their prices their prices are a little high but I’m taking that up because it’s more of a newer hotel.
