Hampton Inn & Suites Clarksville

The location is perfect. Just a little off the interstate. Close to all the restaurants. We found a back road that led straight to a little shopping center. Breakfast was a little different. They had one guy that was getting whatever they had available for you. And he was great. He was very quick and efficient. And was very nice. I mentioned him to one of the operators that were in the elevator and he said that they were suppose to have 2 people working breakfast but one had called in. I wish I knew the guys name because he was great. The pool area was very nice and clean. We also used the workout room to walk and lift after a 6 hour drive and that area was clean as well.

Our room at the Hampton Inn & Suites Clarksville was spotless! Special thanks to Tammy who cleaned our room! That made my day to walk into a room that was super clean! Also, I love how the hotel is so conveniently located to the mall and restaurants.

I wish we were able to make full waffles for breakfast. The waffle machine at the hotel only allows mini sized waffles.

Wow my experience in this hotel was wonderful! Our king room was completely updated and so clean I suspect we may have been the first people to stay in it. The bathroom was gorgeous with a glass door on the shower instead of a curtain; something I would not have expected in what I consider to be a mid-priced hotel.

They are still doing masks and barriers in the lobby area which really doesn't make any sense as it is right next to the breakfast area where nobody is wearing masks.

Exceptionally clean rooms, lobby and elevator areas. Hand sanitizer available in multiple places. All desk clerks very pleasant and check in was easy. Would definitely stay here again.

I’m sure their breakfast has changed since all the COVID regulations. It was very clean and I felt safe eating breakfast. Two employees were there to hand out breakfast. The only thing we did not like was there were only two hot choices. A very small omelet (smaller than my palm) and French toast strips. I got one omelet and two toast strips. Not very good but I definitely appreciate they tried to continue breakfast in a pandemic.

The front desk clerk was very kind. I had a special request that I entered in Booking.com for the top floor. Yet, that request was not sent to the hotel. The front desk clerk said "she couldn't find my request ". I have a child with Autism and loud noises bother him. The front desk clerk moved us from the 3rd floor to the 4th floor (top) and far from the elevator. That was very kind of her to make that special arrangement for us, even though the hotel was booked up. Thank you Daisy!!! 😊

The overall room (it was larger than a normal room), the staff, location, cleanliness, and breakfast.

The "fan" in the bathroom. They said it was supposed to be a "quiet" fan. But it never worked. The air became stuffy in there. And, when you took a shower, the air became so thick it was hard to breathe. Which, of course, means that the mirror was fogged over for a while.

Third time we have stayed at this location. Stay is always good. We booked a suite, but when we walked in, it was only a king room. Unable to get on the internet—told our room number was 421, but our room key was marked as 401, and opened the door. Still charged for king suite.

Breakfast items are usually quite good with a lot of variety! The scrambled eggs & kielbasa sausage was good!

Breakfast items were all picked over at 8 am. The light roast coffee pot empty! Waffle maker was too messy to use & someone set toaster to burn bread!

Cleanliness, quietness, the pool for my grandkids.We felt safe. My granddaughter had an upset stomach during breakfast. A very nice young man helped clean it up. He wanted to do all of it, but I insisted I help. I felt bad about having him to clean up all of the mess.

Didn’t experience anything negative.

Really liked the location. The access road is off a street that has a traffic light which makes it easier to access the local restaurants. All staff— front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast servers were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are very clean, the property is updated, and the beds were comfortable .
