Wow!! From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted with a smile! The staff (every person we encountered) were so friendly and made us feel very welcome. Fresh-baked cookies were on the counter in the lobby, and water, and water with lemon were offered. The room was wonderful, large enough for our whole family with two queen beds and a sleeper sofa. Room for teenagers for sure! It was clean and felt safe and cozy! Breakfast was your typical hot and cold (make your own waffles, there was sausage, eggs, potatoes, plus cereal, pastries, etc). It was quick access to I40. Definitely a place we will stay again!

We didn't have time to check out the pool :( Some road noise from the interstate but not as much as I feared with being so close. Not enough to keep us from sleeping soundly.

We LOVED the night shift receptionist ♡ She was so very kind.. if she is not a manager she should be ! Never had someone be so sweet an actually talk to us, inform us an just be vocal to the point she would someone we would look forward to seeing on our stay ♡ precious lady for sure ! An we never fill out these surveys i only did this because she needs someone to tell her she is a huge impact on us coming back soon to that hotel ! We hope to see her again for sure !!

The pressure in the shower was very low... other than that we loved our stay. The bed an pillows were top notch also !

Convenient location

Front desk staff did not welcome us upon arrival. In the room the bed and sofa were very hard and uncomfortable. There was no mirror outside of bathroom, bathroom door overly large for the space, no exhaust fan in bath and no shelf to put soap and shampoo in shower. Safe door wouldn't stay shut in closet making closing the doors difficult not to mention the damage it is causing to the inside of the closet doors. Vending drink machines had no water only canned cokes for a dollar. For water you had to go to the 1st floor market which was quite expensive and inconvenient. Limited snacks.

clean, friendly staff, full breakfast with many options, huge room, easy on/off I-40, free fresh- baked cookies at the front desk when we left in the morning, several dinner options within a very short drive. But the thing I love the most with the pool and hot tub. They’re on the first floor a couple doors down from the main desk. When I peaked in in the evening, they were kind of dark. But the next morning with the sun coming through the wall of window, the pool is sparkling clear. The sauna had a lot of foam, but was pleasantly warm and the jets were strong, but not overbearing. It was a great way to start another day of driving.

ice machine around the corner from our room (314)sounded like industrial AC unit going off every once in a while. It was the next morning before we realized it was the ice machine. But there were no other noises and we slept a solid 8 hours.

I booked a room for my parents and my children who were traveling with them. I read the reviews online and this seemed like the best place. My parents were VERY SATISFIED! The breakfast was great, the location is SUPER convenient being right off of I-40, comfy beds and clean place. EXCELLENT! We will keep this place in mind when we plan our future trips!

The breakfast had a wide selection of items, including two kinds of waffles, which was really nice. We found the location to be convenient and safe, and we loved being able to walk to the Casey Jones buffet restaurant for a filling dinner. The beds at this hotel were some of the most comfortable we have ever had, and we all slept great after a long day of driving.

It was a good location and central to area I was visiting. I knew this before I booked as I grew up in the area, so I knew what to expect. I knew it was close to several restaurants , plus I generally like Comfort Suites

The price was high for an interstate hotel in this area. I do no think $250 a night is reasonable for an interstate hotel in Tennessee. There is no other way to say that I thought my room was too expensive for the area.

Nice spacious room

The gentleman who checked us in, I believe was a supervisor, was not very friendly and he should not be in a customer service role because it’s evident he really doesn’t want to help customers. They need someone who is welcoming.

The facility is very well maintained! I was traveling with children and felt very safe! The staff was s friendly fly and accommodating! The hot breakfast was a bonus!

The location was great, convenient to restaurants and interstate. The room was great, had I known the room was so nice and spacious I would have come in a few days earlier. I will Definately stay at this hotel again when traveling.
