Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Jackson, TN

Breakfast was good. Very nice to give us a room on the ground floor as we travel with my service dog. No deposit required and no questions asked as we were exhausted from driving 10 hours and had stopped at a Best Western first where they wanted a 150 dollar deposit and wanted us to sign a form saying if there was dog hair they could keep it. My dog doesn't shed, but I couldn't guarantee there wouldn't be a dog hair somewhere giving them the right to keep my money.

Room could have been a bit cleaner at least the floor. The rest was good

I had requested 2 rooms and was thankful at check-in that they put us close together (across the hall). Both rooms were 2 queen beds and had plenty of room. The bathroom was nice a roomy and well lit. The lady overseeing breakfast the next morning was great. She checked on us a few times to see if we needed anything and you could tell she was busy keeping everything well stocked. At check out the lady working the front desk was super polite and friendly.

The parking. I know its first come, but it was late when we arrived and traveling with kids was not fun having to unload on the backside of the hotel. We did find an open side door that had a note on it that should be closed at all times.. We went in anyways (being that we were freezing due to temps dropping). Still not a bad experience though.

The night clerk was a very kind and friend Lu person. She was cherry and helpful! she is one of the best clerks we have experienced on all our trips!

We had to leave before the 6:00am breakfast started. I just went in at 5:30 am to see if I could get some peanut butter and yogurt. The breakfast women bit my head off and said they didn’t open until 6:00am. So my husband went in and asked for peanut butter. She then bit his head off and said it was a liability issue. If it really is a liability they should have a locked door on the breakfast area. We travel quite a bit and usually leave before the breakfast is served, all other places have bent over backwards to give us the couple things we need for breakfast. This experience will stop me from staying here again. This was not the way to start a 12 hour day of driving!

The breakfast was one of the better breakfasts included with the room. The room was good and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly.

I was a little disappointed that there was no pool. I booked 2 King rooms while we were travelling in the car. When we arrived, my husband and I got the King room we were expecting. Our friends got a King suite which I didn't have a problem with, but then I found out we paid almost $50 more for the night. When I inquired why at the desk they couldn't explain why our friends got a special University rate.

I had been traveling for two days. First my flight was canceled at least twice and I had to drive to Jackson from Nashville to help family. I get to the hotel a few hours before check in and the receptionist was not as helpful as she could have been and not welcoming at all. I understand that it was before check in. However I walked by three rooms that were cleaned and ready to go. She lied and said that there were no rooms available. I was more that done with the hotel and was considering another. When I did check in ...the housekeeping lady was so creepy and nosey that my husband and I was scared to death to walk by her. Staring at your customers is not welcoming at all.

We stayed overnight at this comfortable and clean hotel while passing through town on a road trip. Breakfast was good. The room was clean, nicely decorated, and had the toiletries we needed. We even restocked our kooler with fresh ice from the vending machine. When my son forgot his water bottle at the front desk, they were so kind and willing to help. They mailed it back to us. We so appreciated the excellent customer service! Thanks

Nice, safe location. Beds and pillows were comfortable, plenty of towels, nice continental breakfast, super friendly staff, Amanda was amazing and went above and beyond.

Hallways were not cooled on upper floors, carpet dirty in areas, room wasn’t cool when arrived, had to turn on air and wait for it to cool, not very clean, hairs still in bathroom, had conditioner but no shampoo, room was actually open when I arrived, rooms pretty noisy - can easily hear neighbors and people in hallway.

The staff were friendly, and every problem we had they fixed it in a timely matter, they switched out fridges for me really quickly due to me breastfeeding I really needed the fridge to store my extra pumped milk, the bed!! OMG the bed!!! we got the KING SUITE, the bed was not only huge but very comfortable me and my husband slept like babies for sure LOL!!!

Due to me breastfeeding as I previously stated I needed a fridge well ours was not working at first,but they did come in a switched it out to a working one fairly quickly, they don't carry any type of soap,and with COVID19 going on like it is I thought that they should at least give sanitizer or something in the rooms, luckily me and my husband had our own soap and sanitizer, also the covers had lipstick or some type of stain on it, we really don't believe that the sheets were changed properly and they were in a rush due to check-in time being at 3pm and we got there @ 2:45 and they didn't have our room ready until almost 4, from being overbooked the night before, again these issues were resolved in a timely matter!!

The location was close to shopping food Walmart and sams club. We made a last minute decision and this was best decision we made on trip!!! The front seat check in at 7pm was easy and clerk was the best!!!! Check out was easy and had no issues! Front desk check in agent was definitely one of best I have experienced!

The location was excellent and made it convenient to reach any destination I was headed to. It was also in a quiet enough location that noises were not a distraction. The room was spacious and the shower was amazing. I would stay here again if I was in Jackson!

The things I didn't like were beyond the control of Country Inn and Suites. There were some guests that got noisy at around 2 am in the morning. The walls were thin which made it more difficult to block the noise. However, the guests should have been more aware of this.
