Room was clean and maid service kept it that way. Door was hard to open and I mentioned it to the maid. She told me to go to front desk about it. I did not go to front desk. When we came back to the room, the door opened easier, so she must have relayed my message. It was pretty quiet for sleeping because it sits back off the main road. Bed was comfy, room was ok for 2 people, with kids it would be crowded.

Door was sticking, very hard to open, it seemed all the doors on the rooms were that way. My husband had to open it each time, because I could not get it open. Bathtub did not have a bathmat for inside the tub, and it was pretty slippery.

Most important thing to me is that the room was clean, which it was! I ALWAYS check for bedbugs first thing upon entering any hotel, I was pleased that the mattress, sheets, comforters were all white, and very clean and NO sign of bedbugs at all! I only add this bc I look for things when reading other peoples reviews! The beds were comfortable. Pool looked very clean although we did not get to use it, I did go look at it. Ice machine right outside of our door and even though ice machines are normally loud, with our a/c going it was no issue at all! Check in/out was very quick and easy. Employees were all very polite. overall it was a great place to stay in the area and I would book there again if back in the area!

landscapers were mowing very early in the morning. while it was a little annoying I do want to point out that this should NOT reflect anything bad on the hotel staff or even the landscapers! Mowing has to be done at some point anyway and I’m sure the mowers wanted to get an early start so they can finish before the hottest part of the day here!

Amazing customer service we've stayed here a few times never had any problems the facilities and hotel itself are always up-to-date! It's only two floors which is easily accessible for my kids and my girlfriend who is handicapped! The hotel and rooms are always clean and the beds are very comfortable! Easy access to everything to go shopping and restaurants right there and the highway is literally right there off the exit of the hotel! Prices for the rooms are always reasonable and they have a great outside pool area

The bathroom and shower area could be a little bigger but it's an older hotel and it's not too bad

The room was bigger than I expected and within walking distance of several restaurants and fast food establishments. Beds were comfy and overall cleanliness was much appreciated. Great value for the money. Staff was very friendly. A few warm options for breakfast as well as the continental breakfast standards. Far enough from Nashville to have very manageable traffic but close enough that it's only about 20 minutes away for 1/3 the cost. Would definitely stay again.

Not really anything per se. Only downside was no elevator to second floor. We were traveling for dance and my daughter has a huge dance bag that weighs close to 75# when fully loaded and it was very awkward to carry up a double flight to the second floor. When we stay again I'll simply request first floor.

I got a much better room then I reserved! I got a king bed & queen bed & a jucuzzi all for $98.86 we checked in late at 8:40 the hotel clerk noticed the kids begging to swim but the pool closed at 9pm so she gave us a extra 30 mins to swim if we stayed quite!

I loved everything except there was 1 older worker who come to lock the pool at 9 & told us to get out. My husband politely told her the clerk at the desk said we could swim a extra 30 mins since we got there late she was very HASTY!

I wanted to make a point of giving a review because of how pleasant the place was. It was so affordable that I honestly did not expect the facility so well care for, clean, and convenient. It was great that the pool was in working order, plenty of towels were really available, the icemaker was in good order with a comfy chair next to it😀

Really, all of it was great! Even parking area and hallways were kept up so nicelt!

we came late to check in after 9pm and they didn’t have the room I first ordered but actually gave me a better room of a king suite for same price. everyone very pleasant and helpful. Easy check-in and even kept pool open until 10 each night. Everything is right on the main strip/ street. A lot of restaurants, ALDI’S next too it and Walmart is about 3 blocks down. Very nice facility.

The rooms were nice and clean and I like that especially by it being a smoking room it is so hard to find smoking rooms anymore that not nasty and ran down would definitely stay there again

My only complaint is the breakfast could have been better especially the juice tasted water down and the waffles weren't that great either

The room was clean everywhere and there was no problem because I had my own towels and there were plenty of restaurants around.

There was nothing that I didn't like everything was cool

Location, price. Close to everything.

Here, like a majority of motel/ hotels can't keep staff, cleaning etc. from entering your room after just one knock, so always use the clasp on the top of your door...might save a lawsuit..
