The property was very clean and convenient to everything but, it’s in a horrible spot to pull out of to get to main rd.

I paid for my stay threw booking.com and got the receipt left on my door showing where everything was paid and after I check out of property I get a phone call saying I wasn’t charged and needed to pay the property not to mention a 20.00 damage fee was held on my card and was told it would go right back to my card after checking out and I have yet to see that returned!! The property is nice, room was great but, obviously staff needs to communicate better

The Front Desk person on June 7, 2023, was very polite and professional. All the staff went out of them to make like family or at home. They were excellent; thank you to them.

But there is always less than one bad apple. Front Desk person at 5 pm on June 8, outside smoking, and she was talking on her phone cell, not friendly; the phone inside was ringing off the hook.

Good location close to Nashville. Second stay (first in April 2022 and this week). Most important thing is the cleanliness of the room. The bartender made some great martinis.

The breakfast regular coffee wasn’t the strongest. Not sure if the decaf was accidentally put in its place.

Location convenient to Embassy conference center. Beds comfortable. Breakfast overcooked and bad on Friday, much better on Saturday, but not very warm. Staff very nice.

Front desk staff were so pleasant and helpful. Rooms were extremely quiet and the beds and pillows were heavenly. The breakfast was exceptional! The food was hot, fresh and the attendants kept everything clean and in stock.

The pice of the room was a bit steep. Also. The first and second floor ice makers were out of service.

Location perfect. Comfort great.

I did not like the third party booking! I had no idea that's how I booked. I needed to make changes to my booking due to storms in the area and a change of plans at the end of my stay. I had to pay for the two nights even though I didnt stay. I will never do that again!!!

I ate dinner and the brother on duty was exceptional. He rendered great service and we laughed the whole time. I awaken that morning and went looking for him. I didn't get his name but he was outstanding.

The price I paid, sorry, I just didn't.

very easy to access from main highway.

There was a lot of snow and ice when we arrived and the front of the hotel had been salted but the parking lot was solid ice which made walking in and out or to and from our car a concern. It would have been nice if more of the parking area had been de-iced.

It was easy to get off and on the interstate. great area with lots of good restaurant options.

I was disappointed that there was not a free continental breakfast. $11.99 was a shock for breakfast. Ended up going through McDonald’s drive thru on our way out of town.

Beautiful and clean. Extremely comfortable bed and bedding.

The front desk girl was very unfriendly and rude. Zero customer service skills or hospitality. Someone needs to train her immediately!
