the person at the front desk was very accomadating and extremely helpful. He made sure that we settled in our rooms and was able to give directions and places to eat if we wanted. Showed me the laundry room and I was able to get laundry done. The only complaint is that the dryer did not dry very well. overall a nice place to stay.

The front desk needs to have more availability to make change. now a days many people do not carry cash on them and when it is late and your tired, trying to make change is the last thing on your mind. If you don't have change finding an atm and getting a 20 out then trying to brake that was rough and then the dryer did not dry all the clothes very well. I ended up laying out my clothes and then packing them in the morning. I did not feel like trying to get another $1.50 in quarters to try and dry them again.

The property was under construction but the rooms and facilities were still extremely clean, there was no obstructions, the staff was all very kind, and helpful. Some of the cleanest rooms I have seen in a hotel recently. You can definitely tell that this hotel will be top of the line once all of the remodels are complete. Our kids had a blast in the open foyer playing with other children they met since it was too cold to go outside. The breakfast was actually a full-on breakfast and not just a cereal bar. One of the more comfortable beds I've ever slept in in a hotel.

It wasn't a big deal for us but it would be nice if we knew before looking online that the pools were closed for maintenance.

We had a few issues at check in, but things where taken care of in a very good manner.we loved our stay breakfast was amazing. It was a little lound at bed time wich was midnight other then that all things where taken care of and our stay was great we will be back for sure

A little nosie late at night and could us alittle better cleaning or new sheets and a bad smell on 1st floor but all in all room was clean just needs a little tlc

the location was great, beds were comfortable, facility was clean

The lady at the front desk was rude at checkin. We had no remote in the room for the tv. I went to the front desk to ask for one. He looked through a few drawers at the front desk and said we don’t have anymore remotes. he didn’t see if there was a empty room to get one from or even bother even trying.

nice location off the hwy, the renovation that has been done looks good and looks like more they are doing so think it will be really up to date once finished

the indoor pool says heated it was cold, very cold. the cleaning could have been a lot better through the halls but we checked in later in the day.

Breakfast was Awesome and entertainment in lounge was a plus. Did not expect that so that was a bonus

Parking was an issue especially when the lounge was full. Not sure who was at the lounge stayed at hotel

The property was in great location and was very clean. You can tell they recently remodeled.

The property was nice so no complaints really

My children and I were in temporary housing after our home burned in January of this year (2021). The housing ended 5 days before we were to close on our new home, and I scrambled to find a place near work that could comfortably accommodate us. The Clarion was that and so much more. Clean, spacious rooms, yummy continental breakfast, indoor and outdoor pools and a hot tub, karaoke on Tuesday, and a friendly staff made the end of a long ordeal seem like the vacation were much needed. Thank you so much.

The room and bad was comfortable the bathroom was roomy it was clean and we had a room ground level and door went out to the indoor pool was nice. The tv worked good to flat screen and was big, the room was just clean

Looked a little rough on the outside they are remodeling to be expected. The air conditioner was a little loud that I can deal with. The only think I did not like was the bar they had right beside it when we came back late their was no parking near our room had to park with the bar customers their was alcohol bottles in the parking lot the next morning.

Breakfast was nice! The host (security) was very nice and helpful Even got me a bigger cup for my coffee

I didn’t like because we had a small dog that we were put in the back among a not so desirable environment. I didn’t like it back there….
