Aiko was so efficient, knowledgeable, thorough, professional and so kind! She always checks to verify Hilton Honors members and ensures members get their benefits. Benefits are a big reason why we keep coming back to Hilton. Aiko's customer service is exceptional! She does go above and beyond. She also helped me with an issue of duplicate accounts and wrote down everything I needed to know and do. I've called the # on the card for customer service multiple times to correct it only to find out at the next stay that they did nothing. Hopefully, this time it will work! I saw and heard her give 4 different members their benefits (water and cookie). When you check in I think they should check that. I showed the gals at check-in my Hilton honors page and just assumed they noticed. Guess I should have asked... Otherwise, as always, the rooms are comfy, very clean and convenient!! We greatly appreciate being able to have our service dog with us. The pool was nice. I like that it was outside! Breakfast is always delish, hot, great selection and clean! We've loved staying at all the Trus and Home2s! Thank you!

Everything was great except being recognized as HH members when we checked in. I think everyone should be asked or checked so they will get their being it's. So thankful for Aiko!!

this property was very clean and in a safe surrounding area. the evening staff was very nice and checkin was simple.we only stayed 1 night but enjoyed it. the bathrooms were very big and I loved the shower. hot water was excellent!!

the pillows were unfortunately very uncomfortable. even though they were soft, they fell completely flat when you laid on them. usually you would get 2 pillows on each side of the bed and we only had 3? so that was a little odd but hey I’m a pillow snob so if you could care less about pillows your all good. lol

the property was very pretty, the breakfast was amazing probably best I’ve had at a hotel the rooms were basic but cute and comfortable and I brought 2 dogs so they gave us a 1st floor level to access the side doors which was a huge help.

i do wish they had another pool table, me and my husband wanted to play the weekend we stayed which was about 4 days but it was always crowded and busy all the way to about closing time so another pool table would make this an exceptional place to stay.

Excellent room, breakfast was incredible. All of the staff was extremely helpful, especially Zach, who was there when we checked in on Friday. My wife and I both are restricted to using walkers to get around, and Zach helped us get our luggage up to our room Bonus points for Zach! And thanks to the rest of your fine staff. If we find our travels take us to your fine city again, we will be sure to stay at Tru!

Tru in Murfreesboro is convenient. The staff is friendly and breakfast was plentiful. We didn’t use the work out equipment, but it looked clean and well-planned. The bed was comfortable and the shower hot and strong.

it’s very stripped down. We stayed just a few nights, and I wouldn’t recommend staying any longer. The only clothes storage are a very short bar with hangers and three hooks on the wall. There are narrow wall shelves, but they don’t work much as drawers. I was not keen on the lighting, either; other than two tiny wall-mounted reading lights, you can either light up the whole room or leave it all dark.

It was a clean, comfortable room.

I felt the dog charge was excessive. $75 for one pup, which was about 1/3 of the cost of our stay, was crazy. I booked a nonrefundable stay through booking.com. They were not clear about how much they were going to charge. If they had been up front about it I would have stayed elsewhere.

Site was very visibly clean and smelled clean also. The continental breakfast is great as well. Rooms are good sized; perfect for a solo traveler. Maybe a bit cramped for two or more, depending on the room.

Kind of a pain to get to, depending on your direction of coming in. It’s a big hotel, but there’s only one driveway in/out. But this is probably the cities fault not the hotel.

The location and the facilities are great because there is plenty to do around the area. Breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful. I had stayed in this hotel before and that is why I chose it again.

I can't think of anything that would have made the stay more enjoyable. Everything was great.

I moved my son to Murfressboro and needed a place to stay for mysrlf. I know the value of Tru by Hilton and was very happy to find one close by. I was very happy with EVERYTHING at this location. My staff was great, the room was clean, my bed was so cozy, and the shower was hot! SCORE! Always a winner!!

this hotel was exceptionally clean, probably the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed at. Lots of things for kids and adults to do in the lobby such as a pool table shuffleboard table the kids had a ton of fun, fitness room was well, equipped, and very clean, staff was extremely friendly and very helpful
