It’s beautiful and feels so homey.

The employees at check in are not always available. Someone should always be up front to help the customers out. it’s the same at the information table and when your checking in your car at the valet or coming back. Also, there is mildew starting in the shower and the bathroom did not look like it was vacuumed. the muck is piling up agains the back floor walls as well. The comforters on the bed look like they need to be replaced because they looked really bumpy. The feathers are going to one side of the squares. Over looking all of that, I did have a wonderful stay. Everyone was very pleasant, especially the girls at the check in, which is truly appreciated.

The rooms were wonderful. The grounds were awesome.

We did go into the restaurant one night to have dinner. There was 6 of us. Our waitress was horrible. It took her forever to take our order. Took a very long time to get our drinks. Pafter we got our food she never checked to see if everything was OK. She refused to split up our bill made us pay together. When we did ask for the bill it took over 45 minutes to get it. She had no personality at all. Nothing like everyone else in the hotel.

The hotel was extremely nice. Our room was clean but we had no coffee cups and only 1 towel between the 2 of us. Of course, when we went down for dinner, I asked the front desk for more towels, and they gave us plenty. The staff was great! Loved that there was security in the parking lot and inside the hotel.

Did not like the $50 fee charged for incidentals. Hotel already had our credit card on file, IF something had happened they could have charged the card or discussed it during check out. Also there were no Pepsi products available, only Coke products.

It was beautiful hotel. Room comfortable and enjoyed our Elvis channel. We had all the comforts of home. Loved movie theatre ever night at 7pm. Loved our peanut butter sandwich and hot chocolate every night at 9 pm. Music friday night. Restaurants and gifts shops on site. My favorite place was the South tower staircase with chandeliers replica of Elvis's home. Handicap parking close to front door and easy access. Rode pink Cadillac to Marlowes every night for dinner.

secured, ambiance was great! loved our stay especially the live music, open bar, restaurants and cherry on top the amazing theater inside the hotel! free Elvis movies every evening at 7. I can’t say enough about it if your thinking about it just book it and experience it for yourself. oh it’s luxurious and amazing shower.

Beautiful hotel right next to Graceland with everything Elvis. The staff were friendly/helpful & they have shuttle buses which run regularly to Graceland. Rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable & bathroom was huge with the best shower head. Great pool area & the food/dining restaurants were great.

When we arrived at our room the toilet wasn’t flushing properly but a quick call to the front desk & this was fixed within 1/2hr by a lovely maintenance man. The hotel could do with a little refurbishment as carpet & walls throughout the hotel are showing signs of wear and tear & our bedside lamps had yellow stains from old age. This did not affect our stay in any way.

The location was brilliant for Graceland and the pool was lovely

Bed bugs had to move rooms after only been in room an hour we got bit,no cleaning of room wet towels left piled in bathroom beds only changed night before we left and bins not emptied,although reception staff were fantastic the rest of the staff is very rude and ignored people at the bar

One of the best hotels Ive had the pleasure of staying at. Staff were friendly. Food was great. All areas were clean and comfortable. The fixtures and fittings were top class. Great pool area. Live band in the bar of an evening. The cinema wasn’t available due to a private event sadly. Nice touch having a free peanut butter and jelly sandwich with chocolate milk at 9pm. Self parking is $10 per night and $16 for valet parking. Plenty of spaces. The location was right next door to Graceland within a 10 minute walk. It’s worth paying the extra to have peace of mind. I wouldn’t have felt comfortable at the other hotel just along the road. A shuttle bus leaves every 30 mins from front of hotel to the Graceland complex where the tours begin. It’s worth getting an earlier shuttle if you haven’t already got your tickets as there are queues at the collection points. The shuttle collects from the complex to the Guesthouse. The last shuttle is about 5pm but if you’re able you could walk back by leaving from the gate near the planes. Would highly recommend the whole experience.

The price was misleading on the Booking.com website. It said the resort fees were included and taxes. I was charged by the hotel and when I queried it they advised that this is only the case if I had pre-paid. This isn’t a reflection on the property but Booking.com should make this known as it added quite a bit to the overall cost.

the hotel lobby was fabulous, staff were helpful but not very friendly, on the main desk. we ate in the restaurant a party of 7 again staff not very friendly, food was very good. we couldn't use the pool there was a storm while we were there. the pool looked lovely. excellent position to visit Graceland, we walked there it was literary next door. we didn't have breakfast as we thought it was too expensive at $25.00 each plus tax and tip. there is a small coffee shop[ there where you can get coffee, cake, sandwiches etc. we self parked the car.

staff weren't very happy and friendly, nice hotel lovely pool. we did ask if our two rooms could be adjoining but we were in the tower our friends were in the other end of the hotel. our rooms were not ready when we arrived. on checking out a manager came behind the desk and said to the lady on reception to do something, her reply was are you asking me or telling me, very unprofessional we though, especially in front of paying customers.

Staff was amazing and those beds and pillows alone are worth the price of admission. Super clean place and over the top customer service.

Food prices are a bit high at the on-site eateries, and having to pay to park- parking should be free given the cost of everything else. The shuttle service was the only significant problem we had....not very well orchestrated and made us miss our Ultimate VIP tour of Graceland but the hotel did make a price concession to make it up to us. Take your own car, or catch a shuttle way earlier than the one they recommend at the property if you have an appointment time.
