Upon arrival I was greeted with a very pleasant person working at the desk. I can’t remember her name but she was very nice and provided info to some of the local places to eat.

The only issue I had is the individual who drove me to one of the local eateries. It was raining and there was a driver who was driving really slow and could not decide which lane to be in. The Clarion driver went off using the f- word multiple times. I had my daughter with me who although is a teenager, I don’t use that language around her. Very unprofessional! But he got us to and back from the local eatery safe.

Room was pretty comfortable, good bed and pillows. Shower had good pressure and lots of hot water. Shuttle drivers were the best: friendly and helpful. Check-in receptionist was very nice, even at midnight with me standing there and the phone ringing nonstop.

1. Nice Keurig coffee machine in room, but why? Not so much as a coffee cup much less any coffee or information on how to get coffee. 2. If it is not yet time to check out and the Do not Disturb sign is on the door, what one reason is there for the housekeeping supervisor to knock on the door and call out to identify herself? Greatly disturbing. 3. Needs an upgrade of lighting, without opening the curtains there just wasn’t enough light to see much at all.

very clean , not a lot of people hanging out , nice staff, late check out , inside location I felt safe! no bugs in the room I will only stay here in Memphis .

the coffee machine and one of the lights didn’t work

It was super clean! the staff MEMBERS was super friendly. every single one of them. the beds were comfortable and the rooms was clean! it deserves more then 3 stars! the hotel is HUGE.

The Courtney tried to be nice but wasn't honest about our room not being ready, instead of telling us that it was a problem checking us in instead of saying the room wasn't ready.

CONVENIENTLY LOCATED CLOSE TO THE AIRPORT AND SHUTTLE WAS READY TO GO AT 4:45 AM. STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL AND I TOTALLY FELT SAFE LEAVING MY CAR THERE DURING MY TRIP

HOTEL WAS UNDER RENOVATION SO WE HAD A BUG IN OUR SHOWER WHEN WE WOKE UP - THAT WAS BOUND TO HAPPEN......

the beds felt and looked clean, the lobby and conference rooms looked amazing and spacious

everything is still closed down for covid- pool, hot breakfast, kitchen. Also, staff were not the friendliest people- they did their job though!

How kind everyone. Had low expectations about the breakfast after reading some reviews but the breakfast was amazing.

Breakfast is still grab and go. Rooms and facility are being updated, beds are very comfortable

Ready for a hot breakfast !! No coffee in rooms ! Pool was closed for renovations. Carpets need replacing everywhere

Very clean and hotel staff were great! We were in one room and the ac didn’t work but staff moved us quickly to a new room and were very accommodating
