We always stay there but this is the first time I've stayed on the 2bd floor

I don't like tge fact that I paid in advance #1 for a close to the front room and because you had a dull House I stayed farther away from the front desk. I stay in room 272. I've been coming there almost a year and this is a first. It'll be a few months before I come back because I just wasn't pleased with this last trip. If I already paid the people walking in should get last bid on other rooms. I am 61 with a total knee replacement and my husband has 2 hip replacements I like staying at this hotel but this stay could've been handled differently. Also the key didn't work and no hot water the first night. My next stay I know I have a discount

There was a mix-up with my booking they had me at motel 6 which is right next door unfortunately after they ran my credit card and charged me for my room they went through my stuff and took my iPods and liquor out of my personal stuff I went next door to Travelodge and ask the lady did they have a room and I explained the situation that was going on over at motel 6 she was very very helpful I will stay here from now on when I come to Memphis

The price is phenomenal! The location is a bit shady & my vehicle was burglarized twice in 3 days but turned out to be a guest of hotel doing it. Manager is very rude. I asked him the same question 5 times and he ignored me every single time. He is generous however & comped my room for 6 nights due to the damages on my truck from burglary. Overall it was a good experience and I definitely recommend it if you are on a budget. Also, its 5 min from Graceland.

I like how friendly staff and other guests were. It was very clean as well. Security on site was also a plus

The housekeeper did not come in my room but once. The day I specifically requested her she came to the door and provided towels but never actually came into the room.

Location, location.... it is close to Memphis airport. Easy to get Uber to places such as museums etc

Restaurant is now closed, which is a dissapointment. My previous stayed a year ago was better as the restaurant was still operating from 6am- 2pm. Friendly servers, right prices and great breakfast; a great way to start our day before exploring the city of Memphis. I hope the restaurant will re-open in the near future.

The staff was professional and friendly. They made sure that I booked the perfect room for my needs.

The next morning we woke up to someone excessively knocking on the door. Though we were running behind schedule, it was quite rude from them to rush us in that manner.

Had to have keys to enter the facility. Everyone was nice, beds were comfy.

Long walk to room, vending machines took my money twice! Old mold color in bathroom floor, toilet seat needed replacing. No stopper or a way to hold water in tub for a bath for children.

Denesha is the BEST! I ended up catching an earlier flight than expected, which put me in memphis around 8 am. Hotels only let you check in after like 1 or 3pm. I explained my situation to Denesha and she went out of her way to accommodate me and i was able to get checked in and get some sleep that was much needed. Thanks Booking.com, Travelodge and most of all, thanks Denesha. Hotels need more people like you!

Not many places to eat close by

I liked how it was near downtown and all the areas I wanted to go in Memphis! it’s very spacious good thing it has a TV, microwave, and refrigerator! everything worked out pretty well. I would stay here again.

I can hear people talk very loud from the hallways while I was in the room it was kinda hard for me to get some sleep. but overall it was a good stay.
