Management here is excellent. He is a very nice and accomadating person, maid service is spot on rooms are very clean with no odors there's a small fridge and coffee maker in room also it's a smoke free motel. Beds are I would say medium firmness. Direct TV in the rooms free wifi but no internet. Bathroom's are spacious for motel sink in each. Also manager is on call until 11 p.m. nightly. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a no frills motel and very reasonable cost thank you Rita Crew

Sink and bath tub had slow drains I told manager about this and he said he would have maintenance to check it out.

The bed was comfortable, the linen was clean. All the rooms were on the ground floor which made unloading and loading much easier. Price point was affordable for size of room. Staff was friendly and helpful when needed.

Water flow in the shower was very low, making rinsing off difficult. There wasn't a desk in the room to seat at for dining at. The chair and ottoman had visible dark stains on them.

I'm glad the man who worked there was kind and understanding even if he couldn't understand me that well (partial language barrier). It was comfortable, the heater worked great, and I loved how comfy the bed was. I definitely will come back, it was lovely and I paid a fair price for the room. I also really enioyed my neighbors, two really sweet guys.

The bathtub's plug didnt work but otherwise eveything was very clean and worked great.

The room was clean and cheap.

The door was wonky and didn't make you feel very secure. The room faced the main road and there was lots of road noise all nite. The curtains were thin and not only let a lot of light in but you could see through them.

Staff is very friendly and helpful, room was very clean Even behind and under the furniture. Water stayed hot during my shower.

The coffee pot was not as clean as it should've been. There was a small amount of mold in the filter basket.

staff was really nice and accommodating. They made sure the room was going to work for us before we signed in. We are planning on going to my family reunion next yr and are going to book our room at Royal Inn while in Onieda.

People in the next room were a little bit of a bother and another guy would sit in his truck outside our room and talked on the phone and I mentioned it to the staff and that stopped after the first night,

Can be noisy due to the traffic outside, but the hotel cannot control the amount of traffic on the main road.

It's location, I travel back and forth from Michigan to visit with my son. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

Shower has drywall and patches, it needs tiled or something. There is a big gap under the main door and debris blows in making the floor dirty.

The room was a little outdated but super clean! The staff was absolutely amazing. Oneida is a much bigger town than it appears on the map. I will definitely be staying here again!
